Completely true!!! I myself am a Dutch UN Peacekeeper veteran from the Bosnian civil war and served there as an ambulance driver in 1994. Nowadays, Dutch Defence Ministry asks me sometimes to help young soldiers prepare for there first mission abroad (which now is Afghanistan). Guys who are 18 and 19 as I was myself. As you both said, what could be a simple anecdote can help another one survive! It is true, and it is really appreciated by them. Some of them even look for me when I walk the parade on Dutch Veteran's Day in The Hague to tell me about their experiences and the use they found in my (and other) advice. So, share and pass the knowledge. Be proud of who you are, who you know and who you can help! Peace! Muesli

On my last vacation I went to Cuba!!! I there learned to appreciate some goooooooooooood cigars, of which I like the Churchills most. It is a HUGE cigar and looks almost intimidating, and it is costly, but it is a hell of an experience! I went to the Romeo Y Julietta factory and have seen them made, which gives it a little more sentimental value. Luckily I live here (Holland) so the cigars are easy (although expensive) to acquire. This skin represents H-325, a P-51D Mustang of the RNEIAF; the Royal Netherlands East Indies Air Force which operated from their colony. Several of the Dutch Mustangs were later put into AURI (later TNI-AU) service and partially retained their serial number. In WW2 this machine started as H3-625 (USAAF serial 44-84474), after the war it was renamed H-325 and the Dutch flags were replaced with the Dutch roundels. It was put into service by AURI as F-325 and flew with the Indonesians until it 's crash in 1949, May 1st. that's the story for this Stang. Although I have tried to be accurate, the result is far from it... The end result is this, and I am pleased with it. So it is NOT 100% accurate, but it IS a Dutch Meteor!
