What? Win a campaign? How is that possible? I have yet to win one yet I was even thinking of lowering the settings just to see how it feels to win one Man I'm taking a real beating! BTW I was just thinking that some of these missions would be so friggin great if I could fly with some of my Combat Ace friends! Just think of the possibilities in a Alpha strike! -
WOI problem with add-on campaign after patching

the same thing happened to me until i noticed the number of the campaing it still read #4 so i changed it to #1 and all was well. -

Well there were a few but the most played with was my Electric football game (I painted my own teams) and my model warplanes ( no snap tight crap for me I put them together myself and painted them) This is when I fell in love with the mighty F-4. Now this may be too far back for most of you to remember, many of you were not even born yet. Circa 1970 -1972

If your target is a ZSU or some other type of AAA I'd pass on getting too close as this will cause you to become swiss cheese. I've found that coming in from a high altitude( If Possible) and dropping some rockeyes or cluster bombs on them seems to work well. Or a lo-level, VERY hi speed pass dropping rockeyes, cluster bombs or snakeyes is a good option as well.

I have no such problems with my 8500 gt 512mb.

I'm runnin a dual core 3.2ghz with only 1meg ram (soon to 2megs) and GF 8500gt 512mb DDR2 in the PCI-e slot and I notice only a little bit of choppiness in areas where there are a lot of targets like in WOV Hanoi or haiphong other than that this series (I have them all except FE) is Great!! I just LOVE looking in the rear view at the purty explosions as I beat feet out of dodge!!

Ditto! I come from a Army, Navy and Air Force family. With out the selflessness of the BRAVE men AND women of our past and present military, a lot of the things we take for granted would not be. It is up to Our CinC to have the wisdom to NOT send our troops into harms way for some B*S*

maybe to keep the install simple you could just focus on the jets. as much as i love this series, i just stick to the files that dont need ini editing and those that require clean instals. -
even tho my sis was a CPO! lol but carrier landings are incredible! now throw in a night carrier landing!

Rgr that. I'm runnin multiple campaigns but the result is the same, my pilots are getting their buttocks ripped to ribbons AKA; KIA,MIA,POW. I did have two aces but on the very next mission(SEAD) They were lost. I wish they would at least TRY to avoid getting hosed. sigh!

lol! But it is soooo much more "fun" down in the weeds with a THUD or F-4 trying to weave and sneak my way into the target area completly laden with old "dumb" bombs,trying not to pay too much attention to the SAM warnings while dodging the ZSU's! Man does it get ANY better than that?
