  1. Take it with a grain of salt, considering how the reports of STALKER's cancellation had been greatly exaggerated. It might show up in another 7 years of so...

    A37 Ingame

Great snap all round. Love the scheme.
  3. Yeah... that's going to be a problem given the distances between Iran/Israel and the maximum allowable size of the playing field the Wings Over series, unless the real world dimensions were scaled down significantly. People like CA_Stary and Wrench would know much more about this, but it would essentially be a map of Iraq, Saudi, Jordan and possibly southern Syria with Iran and Israel on the absolute periphery. I doubt it's possible, but I could be wrong...
  4. Thank christ she didn't hit him with a gat, we'd be watching him die until Wednesday...
  5. Whoa... that's somehow disabled for FE2?!
  6. It's a niche genre, so he's not going to make any money out of it. He needs to change with the market, which is totally understandable. That said, I'd have bought 3 if it wasn't just a revamp of SF2. What other modular, easily moddable combat flight sims are there on the market that are so easy to get into?
  7. Somehow seems really fitting with the UK anti-flash scheme. Nice work!
  8. They have a much better translator this time around. With the previous 18 part series of Wings of Russia series, their translator was much less adept at English, yet, this didn't detract from the series at all. I find these Wings TV series much better than that dramatised, generalised BS you get on History or Discovery.
  9. Love his strut! He's such a pimp!
  10. Dude, that last shot is AWESOME!!
  11. So glad we didn't go down this path with the 104! There were so many superior platforms out there already. You could have replaced this with the Leyland P.76 in 1973 and STILL increased the RAAF's capabilities! Personal tastes in aircraft aside, I'm really enjoying your alternate history, Sheriff!
  12. Jimmy, if you've got a photo, holler at me on FB. I'll put you in contact with my Korean buddy, She's really nice and she should be able to help you out.
  13. His cats are cool, huh?
  14. Same here!
  15. Sounds like a keeper to me Marcos!
  16. ...yeah, that was my point dude! (although, I would have guessed plastic) lol! I tell you though, Pak Def forums are great if you need a laugh. I particularly loved one thread where several dudes were shouted down and mocked for having the temerity to correct a thread that spoke of the PAF's J-11s currently in service. And another stating how the US should sell them F-22s... I can only assume for being the BEST US ALLY EVER!!
  17. Technology's advanced a lot since the original flyoff between the Su27K and the Mig-29K. I understand the new Mig-29K has a much lower landing speed compared to it's original incarnation. Maybe China wanted to show the world they respect international copyright by not producing a PLAN Mig-29... Hahahaha! in all seriousness, I'd be interested to see if they introduce a navalised J-10.
  18. Hey Hamza! High five! Oh yeah...
  19. ...but then again, it's hard to trust the veracity of grainy photos from the interwebs, because photos of the allegedly 'new Chinese stealth fighter' like this one: ...have been bouncing around for years. All with a bit of an 'Ace Combat' feel. Then again, if it shows up on the PakDef forums, you can guarantee it's bogus. They contain more fantasy than World Of Warcraft...
  20. This image: ...is of a remotely piloted aircraft for a UAV tournament, a technical expo for Chinese Universities funded (in part) by certain Chinese defence and aerospace contractors. It's not representative of any specific aircraft being developed by the Chinese apparently, at least, not in this exact form. And this: ...according to Key Publishing/Air International and a couple of other aerospace sources is apparently a static test airframe of the Hongdu L-15 as it's a apparently much smaller than than the aircraft I'm talking about, which is here:
  21. http://www.defensenews.com/article/20120923/DEFREG03/309230001/China-Navy-Takes-Delivery-1st-Aircraft-Carrier-Report?odyssey=tab|topnews|text|FRONTPAGE The Carrier Liaoning was finally delivered to the PLAN yesterday, though it's technically not yet in service...
  22. ...and before I begin to sound too cynical tonight, have a squiz at this: Here I thought bad things were beginning to entrench themselves in Libya and something like this happens... http://www.abc.net.au/news/2012-09-22/libyans-storm-militia-base-in-benghazi/4275308 ...It's good to have one's faith in humanity restored somewhat, even if only a little.
  23. Israel doesn't just kill 5 civilians though, Knight, it's usually numbers a lot more than that (2K6 war for example was 10:1 Lebanese/Palestinian casualties relative to Israel's). Both sides seem to have something of a casual disregard for civilian losses, despite the 'official' line. Whether it's the specific targeting of Israeli civilians by suicide bomber or rockets (the 'If you're not with us, you must be against us' stance) or the killing of non-Israeli civilians via airstrikes for example (the 'hey, it's war, sh*t happens' approach), two wrongs don't make a right. Floating a protest flotilla into Israeli waters when you know it's going to illicit an armed response is just as irresponsible as landing commandos on said flotilla. Is anyone really surprised both sides decided to punch on and people were killed? Eventually the world will get sick of this bullsh*t and land on both parties heavily (to be honest, I'm surprised we're still putting up with it), but not while each side receives unquestioning support from larger backers with deep pockets and uncompromising ideology.
  24. That was the first thing I'm going to do when it's released, Sheriff.
  25. No... it's not that. I think that's the roughly JSF sized one
