The last RAF Harriers are out of service since 2011 and last I heard the USMC had bought them all for a bargain price. The Last Carrier Ark Royal was sent for scrapping in 2011 - so the FAA only fly choppers off HMS Ocean with the Army Apaches as in Libya. The FAA will be flying F-35Bs off 2 new Carriers in the next 5 years - well maybe......

Assume you installed the DX9c runtimes etc that dont come with Win 7? - WOV is DX9 only.

Would agree with gunrunner - thats a notebook using an Intel on board Graphics chipset by the looks of it - reduce the graphics settings as a start.

The Pistols have reformed a few times over the years - Im sure they wouldnt mind that type of publicity stunt. The Stone Roses were playing last week as well - Ian Brown still cant sing apparently. tbh I played all that music till I was sick of it - today I like newer or different stuff - even those young Opera singers on BGT were pretty good I thought

Flipping SimHQ have reopened the 3W forum

The FA-18A in the desert storm mod works okay so has probably been updated - maybe try that one instead.

We can leave TK in peace again now so thats good Shame that the OFF guys had to move - and typically it was to SimHQ. Disappointed that SIMHQ closed the 3rdWire Forum because I have not seen a valid reason from them for doing so - its one of the few active and most popular sims currently available - you dont shut down an entire forum because 1 person posts a dodgy link - never happens.

Surprise - is it all back and running?

Should be worth the wait - will have a flyable Lebanese Hawker Hunter among the 2 new flyables - and the mission (every mission) will be to destroy as many Comms buildings as possible. Of course at the end of each level you will need to destroy the boss Comms building. Sounds great......

+1 for that! SF2, FE2, Falcon Flacon 4.0, DCS A-10 all have aspects about them that they do better than the others do - there is no one super sim. Replacement for SF2 cold war scenario and modding - nothing out there - DCS has a MiG-21bis and nothing else, closest might be Falcon BMS which already has cold war campaigns - the models probably need a bit of paint - but the AI is not as challenging as SF2 in a gun fight.

I expect that any add on Terrains will be disabled - meaning you have to use only the original stock ones
