  12. Looks like TK has just put in an A-4N_Ahit type - he does this with a lot of campaigns you will notice. He puts the correct jet the squadron used - then an alternate if it cant be included with the stock game. An example from my SF2I campaign3_data.ini [AirUnit003] AircraftType=A-4N_Ahit_78 AlternateType=A-4H_Ahit_73 Squadron=102IDF ForceID=1 Nation=ISRAEL DefaultTexture=IDFCamo1 BaseArea=Ramon Airbase BaseMoveChance=0 ..............
  13. If you have put it in the correct place....what are your system specs? - 1024x1024 tiles are pretty hefty.
  14. Good new thanks
  15. Try putting your Anti Virus and/or firewall into game mode - or even temporarily disable them to see if the same thing happens. Also try a basic desktop instead to 3D aero. What you describe doesnt sound like a CTD - its as though another program is demanding the Desktop and gets control of everything.
  16. Karlo Kopp puts the same total **** on every bit of paper he writes - he seems to base this on an understanding of Air combat in about 1973. From reading other forums it was thought he always wrote such speculative pants because he didnt want the Aussies to get it and he may have been part of a group that may have made money from upgrading the F-111s instead - yes you can check it out the "super pig" at his site. Papers with no backup and hilarious comparisons to justify his claims (compares the F-35 with the F-105 in one!) As far as platforms go you could deduce from whats out there that the Su-35 has a kinematic advantage and is probably more agile at most speeds (especially low speed). In regards to Stealth, Avionics, Support, Situation Awareness and weapons the Su-35 wont be in the same league.
  17. What that says to me is "look at us setting a moral example - why cant the rest of the world be as perfect as us" Tell me - how many colonies did we let you have back after 1945 when we created your country again? - and how many of those were you kicked out of That rather ignorant and misguided comment does not cause justification for abandoning overseas territories when the people want us there.
  18. Any chance of a screenshot?
  19. Thats good to hear - need a challenge - besides I cant imagine its ever been easy being an A-10 since it came in.
  20. There is a Falcon 4 AF download section - you will need to put them there.

  25. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-europe-11511886 Russia inflates its military with blow-up weapons By Steve Rosenberg BBC News, Moscow Blowing up Russia's inflatable army The Russian military has come up with an inventive way to deceive the enemy and save money at the same time: inflatable weapons. They look just like real ones: they are easy to transport and quick to deploy. You name it, the Russian army is blowing it up: from pretend tanks to entire radar stations. The decoys are a hundred times cheaper than the real thing, which means Moscow will save a lot of money by blowing up its own weapons. Continue reading the main story Related stories * Russia boosts military spending * Global military spending surges On the edge of Moscow, two men carry a black duffle bag into a field, then drop it on the ground. When they open the bag, they take out a large sheet of plastic. It looks like a tent or a tarpaulin. In fact, it's the Russian army's latest strategic weapon. It doesn't need ammunition - just air. Continue reading the main story “Start Quote I'm proud to be making entire rocket-launchers and tanks for our armed forces. When you finish sewing them and you watch them being filled with air, it's so satisfying” End Quote Lena, sewer On goes the pump, in goes the air and the plastic sheet begins to rise and take shape. A turret appears, then out pops a long plastic gun barrel. This is an inflatable Russian tank. State-of-the-art When the men pump up their next piece of plastic, this one expands into a S-300 rocket launcher, complete with giant truck and inflatable rockets. It is a cross between a ballistic missile and a bouncy castle. And waiting to be blown up are inflatable MiG fighter jets - even entire Russian radar stations. An inflatable missile-launcher in Russia The inflatables are stitched together at a former hot-air balloon factory These state-of-the-art stand-ins are among the most advanced military decoys in the world. What they lack in firepower, they make up for in flexibility: they are light and can be deployed quickly to deceive the enemy. They are also very realistic. They are made of a special material that tricks enemy radar and thermal imaging into thinking they are real weapons. The inflatables are stitched together at a former hot-air balloon factory. "I'm proud to be making entire rocket-launchers and tanks for our armed forces," says Lena, who is stitching a surface-to-air missile system. "When you finish sewing them and you watch them being filled with air, it's so satisfying."
