What are you going by to determine what should be "realistic" or not? For a start if you are talking about cannons like the M61A1 you have probably never fired only 1 round - even the shortest burst you can muster is probably around 10 rounds - even if you only see 1 tracer. MiGs blowing up after a short burst of cannon fire - very realistic if you go by actual Israeli pilot accounts. btw one 20mm cannon shell in the right place like a spinning jet engine and its finished - any idea the damage they cause!

Attrition would be a concern for the F-22 - apparently 455 x F-16s have been written off since 1979 according to the fleet status on http://www.f-16.net/ Cant see the F-22 seeing anywhere near as many combat sorties - but you never know.

Not really - havent heard of any of that stuff above. My early memories (late 70s) once led me to a nostalgia search on the net for a cartoon with "G Force" in it which turned out to be "Battle Of The Planets". This apparently is an extremely edited version of a Manga type cartoon called Gatcha Man Team Ninja or something. Needless to say I watched an episode a few years back and it was **** - not what I remembered funnily enough. So anyone thinking of reliving their toddlerhood with this DONT

F-16C Block 40 - he states all Hill squadrons had completed their transition to the type by early 1990. That was carrying the APG-68V(5) radar - http://www.f-16.net/f-16_versions_article7.html - and he does use a CCRP mode for some of the missions. The only in game TW F-16 is the F-16A Block 5/10 delivered to Israel in 1980/81 with the APG-66 - which Im not sure had such capability.

Pretty sure TK is right - that F-16A block didnt have TWS mode on its APG-66 in 1982.

Also good for finding ships Any idea what year a radar came into service that could lock onto ground targets?

The free one is Freetrack which Ive never used - it may require some basic electronics and soldering to get it running. Check some old posts - Some people have built them before on here - but recommend TrackIR really.

Terrains will be in downloads - NF4 would come with its own terrain.

I havent seen anything in regards to this either - however you dont actually get this issue using a TrackIR so its not something I have noticed and I use the 3D view a lot.
