  1. Due to RL lack of time in general, just small update:

    Vietnam FPSs

I kinda liked World at War Pacific missions, I like BFBC2 very much (but didn't bother to buy the DLC as I'm spingle player guy) so I'd love to see stand alone Vietnam in one of these. Vietcong (and the expansion pack to it, VC2 sucks) are stil the best around for me, have that specific feel to them, nice gore sometimes, good weapons and run without problems on modern hardware. Or, ARMA2 addon/expansion could be fun too
  3. rock on Jules!
  4. hmmm... having a break from modding due to RL, and La-200 pit on the dashboard... I can't promise anything at the moment, but I'm familiar with the pit as I was doing A-4B to (yours) Vautour conversion/repaint few years back, you might remember the WIP pics I send you Ed?
  5. Happy Birthday!
  6. another great one!
  7. finally, sunny days... red face :/

  8. Surely Pfunk, even the core ini files I made to create the TOD files, IF you'd want them just PM me. I'm pretty sure what you are cooking now for version 2 will be much better thou
  9. will see... right now I'm low on cash, but why not... (Blame the girl, that fancy lingerie costs. But gives more fun )
  10. Thanks Jeff, I like clouse-up photos in general, as for P.11... outdated, outnumbered it had it's glory back in the September of '39
  11. and more... I certify this Zipper as good to go. Oh, don't mind, the engine is in the jet engines display hangar...
  12. some more...
  13. No frontal nudity scenes on your part then :( Shame, I just envisioned Kidman on the Lightning... and that was nice thought (have a thing for redheads)
  14. taken at Cracow's Museum Of Aviation
  15. Surely, let's roll Umm... I'm screwed then... Ok, I can be the A-36 pilot that sacrifices in the middle for no reason. Epic Michael Bay music, me down in flames, and a flashback of me and my Grandpa (WW1 Austro-Hungarian NCO vet in RL!) at sunset (M.Bay style!!!) No scenes with Wojtek!!! Bears scare the sh*t out of me, aswell as dogs... The accent... ok, it's midwar story, he's good character, ends up proposing to Rihanna... I like it! May we develop Vic as a funny comedy relief in this? As in "Oh s**t I dropped one!"? Blake Edwards style? (sorry Harold!) Dot! "Based on true events" my a*s... We develop JM's character into torn-inside-out by his morality and the oatch one... He screams "Noooooooooo!" with all the V-2s (it's in the States, post war) blowing up in the background, again, sunset... Then you stab him with a paperclip... Can I take the sex scene? He's not home, you know... He lives? Or we go Tarantino?
  16. JM, I'm talking about community made flick, remember?
  17. spot on JM...
  18. green screen JM, green screen ;)
  19. naa, I like the trailer, I liked the original Tuskegee Airmen film, right now, the CGI is the way to go. Exagerrated? Sure. But the more aerial battles the better. What was last decent WW2 (or any dogfights conflict) depicted? Pearl Harbour? Flyboys? Red Baron? Of the three Red Baron was closest to actual "feel" of the air combat and flight in general IMO (mind you, I've only flown prop planes few times in RL as a cargo next to pilot) but was waay off historic-wise for story telling reasons. Think of it, every new movie about fighters spawns new rookie flightsimmer somewhere edit: I can spot many things that seem off in the trailer (which is well, just a movie trailer with all the post-production going on right now, CGI including) from 262s camo to 103s tracers smoke shape, but how many of the actual viewers will notice, will be aware of that? Or we gather some 50+ million bucks and do our own vision of it? I can take the red shirt part
  20. EricJ and others like C5 made few very good reviews on other blogs in the past, maybe we should do part of the viral marketing ourselfs? @Brain32: I agree with most of your post, FM is there, maybe more advanced engine simulation like mentioned flameouts (Mig Alley had it done well... some 12 years ago) and such, stalls, spins are quite ok now as these are, but that's part of the (good IMO) FM, what SF lacks is the ground/naval warfare part, maybe some bit refined carrier ops too for Tomcat (or Linebackers) (I still can't shake off that poor catapult guy I sucked into engine in Digital Integration's Super Hornet, again 10 years old title)
  21. she's ex-nun, don't ask...
  22. either stand alone or as DLC I'll get it, simple as it is. I somehow tied my life, my activities with the series, this great community of ours and the man himself for the past 6 years. It's a hobby, addictive one. I really don't need military-grade AWG-9 fidelity to enjoy it, I know many would like to, but let's face it, TK's approach (deliberately!) is quite different than that of Eagle Dynamics or... ummm... that would be only one competitor past ~1970s jet planes currently on the market. Side note: TK really really needs some advertising on the net, typical response among RL flight simmers I know, active for past 10-15 years is "Strike Fighters? Never heard of..."
  23. sorry, no outsourcing!
