Despite the limitations of western-oriented avionics in SF2 I am trying to produce more plausible looking radar warning receiver for soviet planes, something that could at least look and feel more like say SPO-15 than western counterparts. It's in fact accumulation in one "gauge" of all possible RHAW modes we have with extra ring of standard RWR with modified vectors graphics. Sorry for crappy and badly edited video, Movie Maker keeps on crashing I hope I attached the video in not the stupidest way seems the link doesn't work, uploaded directly to post, sorry!   13. I'd take Thud any time over that plastic fancy tounchscreen toy at least in a photorealistic high fidelity flight simulation that is those who know me now I'm not a fan of F-35 (or Raptor for the matter) nice chart though
  14. Beach, water colour is part of the tiles, so you can edit it yourself in any paint program (GIMP which is asshole to work with or PSP or PS) just keep it single colour as it was or you'll get tiles edges visible. In fact I think I could change the colour just gimme some samples or idea

  17. Streak, all you wrote is true; me too as many good folk here, can't understand Thirdwire's lack of opposing forces, be it solely DLC MiG-17 and MiG-21. The HUD-projected radar is sadly a thing we will never be able to replicate, not unless some code wizard shows up and messes with the core and shaders etc. Same goes for RWR -althrough I think I might test-produce "what-if" fictional implementation using RHAW instrumentation we have for western avionics, mind you purely as a way to have something there beeping and flashing. And yes I'm sadly (?) one of those guys who prefer nice visuals and varied gameplay over 100% fidelity (though I never ever finished my copy of Wings of Prey) Anyway, I think several KEY features like mentioned HUD-projected radar output, real projected HUDs and sight wouldn't take that much of a time for TK -I think most if not all SF2 stock cockpits have "hud glass" and "gunsight front" meshes modelled as cockpit.ini files hint at as for -23 I am sloowly (Decembet 8th will mark a year since I started) working on 23BN cockpit so please be patient.

  21. We have 27 cockpit by Marcfighter since 2007 or so, and great repaint of it by ? (sorry can't recollect whom)
