    1. J-28 Dark Green & Silver Skin & national decals (for Strike Fighters Series)
      =============================================================================
This is skins for the J-28 Vampire (the Swedish designation of the De Haviland Vampire)
I've altered and added some screens and renamed the folder to better match my own WoE installation.
Therefore I distribute this as a "whole" aircraft for easier install.

      Info about J-28 here:

    2. A-32 Grey Skin & national decals (for Strike Fighters Series)
      ===================================================================

This is a skin for the J-32 Lansen by Timmy
This is really a skin of the A-32 Lansen (the attack version)
but I use it in the J-32 Lansen folder and arm it with rockets.

GREETINGS AND THANKS TO THE SFP1/WoV/WoE-COMMUNITY AND IT'S MEMBERS.

    3. P-47D-20 (Razorback), 61st FS, 56th FG Skin for SF/SFG/ WoV/ WoE, WW2 ETO Installs

A reskin for Wolf's Razorback Jug, depicting aircraft from the 61st FS of the Famed 56th FG as seen in late 43 through early 45 (depending if the Razorbacks were still on inventory or not!)

This skin depicts the OD/Gray paint scheme, but NOT with D-Day Invasion Stripes. It's just a rather standard ETO paint job, without the color diferentiation between the squadrons (as it didn't seem to be used, or had been replaced with regular paint, according to my references)
Decals are included for 26 aircraft, letters A-Z, with serial numbers matched as close as possible to the actual aircraft they were used on. Some nose art is also included; again as close as possible to Real Life ™. Given some inaccuracies, I'd be forced to rate this as somewhere between 90-95% historically accurate.

Also included are an updated data & loadout inis, with corrected light placements (formation, landing, tail, etc).

This mod has NOT been tested in 08 level 1st Gens or ANY SF2 NextGens. There are some issues with flight models and
other things that haven't been resolved as of yet. If you insist on using this mod in said environments, you're on you own. No assistance is available from me for any issues you will encounter.

As always, it's reccomended you unzip this package to a temp folder or your desktop, or somewhere's else that's easy to find to gain access to the rest of this readme for full, detailed and fairly east to follow install instructions.

    4. SBD-3 Dauntless, VS-41 "Operation Torch"

Skin and Ini Pak for SF/SFG/WoV/WoE MTO Installs (06 Level ONLY)

      Version 2

This skin represents aircraft from VS-41 "Tophatters" as seen aboard USS RANGER during Operation Torch, the Invasion of North Africa.

This is a complete and utter replacement/revamp of a skin I released 2005; it has been completely redone using my
enhanced template, repainted in the proper Non-Specular blue/gray, and has all new decals of the proper font re-created.

All new Modex/Plane-in-Group numbers for 18 aircraft, 'generic' BuNums and aircraft type name decals have also been
made. I say 'generic', as they ARE SBD-3 BuNums, but could find no information on the aircraft assigned VS-41 during Torch.

A new 'carrier deck' hangar screen, more specific for TORCH, is also included.

Included is a modified data ini, with a 1942 start year, for use in a MTO =ONLY= style install. More info is below in the 'To Install' section.

-= NOTE: You MUST have the WW2 Weapons Pak from CombatAce to get the WW2 weapons and guns and such =-

-== This aircraft has been tested in SF/WoV/WoE 06-patch levels (actually 06 WoE) of the aformentioned sims. It has NOT, however been testing in the SF2 Series. But it if works in 08, it works there, too.. There still are some 'issues' with prop-plane flight models, but there has been a MARKED improvement!! You use it in these Post Patch/SF2 Environments at YOUR own risk ==-

As always, it's reccomended you unzip this package to a temp folder or your desktop, or somewhere's else that's easy to find to gain access to the rest of this readme for full, detailed install instructions. It's also required that you actually READ the enclosed readme....

    5. Consoladated PBY-5A, Generic USN 1942/43 Skin and Ini Tweeks Pak

-For SF/WoV/WoE WW2 PTO Installs (and maybe SF2, too!)

A reskin, redecaling and some ini mods for Veltro2K Catalina amphib/flying boat.

The skin, made from pappychksix's EXCELLENT template (meaning: I didn't have to repaint anything!), represents the 'generic' style used by the US Navy from May 1942 to approx Sept 1943. That is to say, the standard non-specular blue over gray. New decals have been created for the US Star, now in all six positions, individal Modex, BuNums and the aircraft ID tag. ALL markings seen in the accompanying screenshot ARE decals!

Several Ini edits, and a new avionics ini, tweek some weapons placements & loadouts, control movements, and to simulate the ASV radar that was standard on all new build -5As from approx July/August 42. Full details of the modifications/tweeks are elaborated in the "Notes" section below.

A new WoE-style hangar screen is also included (something I failed to do for Veltro for the initial release! My apologies!). A new damage tga is also included.

=IMPORTANT: You WILL need the WW2 Weapons Pak (or equlivant BunyPak of 06) to get the WW2 weapons, bombs and such. (but you should already have that, yes??)
The WW2 Weapons Pak is available at CombatAce at the following URL:

      http://forum.combatace.com/index.php?autocom=downloads&showfile=8495

As always, unzip this to a temp folder somwhere, and you'll have access to the rest of the readme for it's instructions. It is VITALY important you read this document through FIRST before installing this mod, as you'll be backing up several of the inis.

    7. Bloch MB-210
      GB 1, 51 Escadille

Just copy the GB1-51 folder into your MB210 installation happy flying.

There are issues with this skin that have to do with how the bmp file is mapped. That's why I've only done one aircraft out of the 4 that saw active service during the Battle of France.

FireFox has amended the aircraft but needs help to convert it to work in the game. Volunteers???

    9. Bell P-39D Airacobra, 93rd FS Skin & Ini Pak

For SF/SFG/WoV/WoE WW2: MTO Installs -06 Patch Levels ONLY!!

This package contains a new skin, and some minor data & cockpit ini mods for Wol257's P-39D Airacrobra. You will be using this pak IN the P-39D, as the external differences between the 'mid-series' K/L/M/N models are really too small notice. If wishing to recreate the L/M models, instructions are in the "Notes" section below.

The skin represents aircraft from the 93rd FS, 81st FG as seen after Operation TORCH, and in other operations in North Africa, Sicily and Italy in the late 1942 through late 1943 time frames. The aircraft carries a 'non standard' camo pattern, similiar to that used on RAF and other USAAF aircraft in North Africa, the 'yellow surround' cockade. Serial numbers ARE accurate for L & M model Airacobras, but I could only find 100% accurate data for aircraft T & V. All other serials should be considered "generic" in nature.

For those that haven't updated their MTO install's Airacobra, I've supplied the inis and cockpit necessary to update to a pit with the reflector gunsight (like as used in my P-400 mod), and corrected all the lighting (again!) -- there are new formation/ID lights under the right wing, tail ID lights have been repositioned to their proper placement. It should be noted these lighting fixes can easily be applied to all other Aircobras via simple text edits of the data inis.
Also, just for fun, is a NEW WoE-style hangar screen, MTO themed for this aircraft.

As always, it's reccomended you unzip this package to a temp folder or your desktop, or somewhere's else that's easy to find to gain access to the rest of this readme for full, detailed install instructions.

    10. Blackburn Baffin
2 GR (Wellington) Squadron. RNZAF (1938-1941)

For the Baffin by SkippyBing (Philip Chandler), which is available at Avsim.

New Zealand received 29 Blackburn Baffins during 1937/38. Most were converted Ripon MkIIs that had seen long service with the FAA. A handful were built as Baffins and served in the Middle East.

Arranged into 3 squadrons and assigned to training duties, they were pressed into active service (anti-submarine patrols) at the start of hostilities. The entire contingent was replaced by Hudsons and reduced to scrap in 1941.

The last remaining example of the type (a Ripon converted to a radial engine) is in Finland.
