They sure have a better PK than launched at migs but far more expensive than targets. :D

damn only the folks who train what.... every Viper pilot in the world!

 

and as for the air to mud 102... the AF experimented with using the IR tracker on ground targets and using the SUU-11 and rockets in the doors to engage ground targets. one was lost A2A going up north and it wasnt exactly getting utilized guarding the souths airspace from communist bombers....

Not all of them 162nd down here in Tucson helps out. I miss those F-16E/F's from the UAE. Beautiful birds

If I Remember correctly the "MiG-29" was turkish F-4s with the turkish markings still there. But I can remember wrong haven't seen the Iron Eagle series in ages

yea i really liked the part where the US pilots jump up because of "twin turbines" meaning migs! didn't they fly something similar just a few years earlier
