That's true, it's not meant for (excellent) Air and ground war expansion, but for those who either keep their installs clean or jump in from time to time without having separate install etc, but would like better ground environment. But of course tileset, based on stock layout, is somewhat new, rescaled to 512 and repainted here and there, with wet and dry seasons and new tods layout...
