oh, man that's looking GOOOD!!! With that, all we need are improved FMs for the EAF Mc-205, and a few others, and we've got the entire plane set from The War for Independence to Present DAy!!

Oh good. What i meant was if other nations besides israel could have their markings visible. Similar to stock F-4's in TW. I want to be able to fly other users of 109 too. thx.

Dsawan,

this is Avia S-199 not the Messerschmitt Bf 109, so historicaly correct users are Czechoslovakia and Israel

and I planned to do both plane sets (actualy 2 different planes because Czechoslovak planes have different

cockpit cover and oil cooler intake).

Flight model will represent Avia which was as good as Messerschmitts from 1939 but with worse groung handling.

So dont blame me if you put WWII germany insignias on it and cant win any battle against Spits Mk.V etc :-)

(c´mon we have some quality standards of published mods here :-) )

Maybe even worse, G6 airframe, oversized Jumo engine with unsuitable prop blades, and on top of that cannon gondolas...ouch that will be sweet lol

Yeah, if it flies like crap, it is perfect!

Aaron Finkel told me that he performed a 360-degree roll in the S-199 once - and it scared him so much, he vowed never to do it again. During his air combat career, George Lichter spent extensive time in the P-47, the P-51D, the S-199, and the Spitfire LF9. He felt the S-199 flew like crap, saying "You really had to fly it all the time." (Nyveen, http://101squadron.com/101/101.html)
