PraetorH Posted February 27, 2011 Posted February 27, 2011 (edited) Hi all, still weaking my Marine-Skyray. The pilot still has Air-force rank insignia, but I will change that later. And here are the new toys for the Luftwaffe... "A est pour Allemagne" Critics and suggestions are welcome :) Edited February 27, 2011 by PraetorHonoris 1 Quote
+sony tuckson Posted February 27, 2011 Posted February 27, 2011 nice work, I think you should try to put registration near the end of fuselage, would fit better I think.... Quote
mdatelmi Posted February 27, 2011 Posted February 27, 2011 (edited) Very nice set PH...specially the first and the last one. Blistering KF-1 shot Marco! Many thanks Spinners! Some fast shots... Edited February 27, 2011 by mdatelmi Quote

PraetorH Posted March 1, 2011 Posted March 1, 2011 Again thanks, the Skyray is almost finished. I will test it next weekend and then upload if everything is alright. nice work, I think you should try to put registration near the end of fuselage, would fit better I think.... I thought about that, unfortunatly on the fusalage the decal can only be moved as far back as the wing ends. Does anyone know how I get the decal on the part of the fuselage behind the wings? PS Valkyrie is the very definition of overkill! Can you hit anything at that speed? Quote
Wrench Posted March 2, 2011 Posted March 2, 2011 if it's the stock 3W Mirage 3 .... here's what I used for the OzMirages (and the nose gear door numbr positioning, too) [Decal015] MeshName=Tail DecalLevel=2 DecalFacing=RIGHT FilenameFormat= Position=-4.70,0.1 Rotation=0.0 Scale=0.8 DecalMaxLOD=3 [Decal016] MeshName=Tail DecalLevel=2 DecalFacing=LEFT FilenameFormat= Position=-4.70,0.1 Rotation=0.0 Scale=0.8 DecalMaxLOD=3 [Decal017] MeshName=nose_gear_door3 DecalLevel=2 DecalFacing=BOTTOM FilenameFormat= Position=0.0,3.57 Rotation=0.0 Scale=0.4 DecalMaxLOD=3 adjust decal# accordingly (15,16,17) wrench kevin stein Quote
PraetorH Posted March 2, 2011 Posted March 2, 2011 (edited) Great, thanks a lot! I can't say I like the reg back there, but I will certainly put some decal in or something on the skin, because it looks quite empty... ... and don't worry, it will not get AIM-4. I was just testing a bit. Edited March 2, 2011 by PraetorHonoris Quote

Wrench Posted March 3, 2011 Posted March 3, 2011 in respone to daddyairplanes question in another thread in this forum pity my 44+*num* decals won't work ... bleeds out the fueselage bmp. So, just go with stock and few old ones (that work!) JV-44, late 1947 (hurridly re-equipped from standing RAF stock) wrench kevin stein 1 Quote
