Strike Fighters 2 Jul 2011 Update

This update is for May 2011 or later versions of Strike

Fighters 2. If you have earlier version, you must update

the game to May 2011 Strike Fighters 2 first before applying

this update.

 

If you have installed any mods to the game, please check the

ChangeList.txt for a list of updated files. If any data files

you've extracted have been changed, you must manually delete

and/or updated these files, or the patched game may not run

correctly.

 

Previous campaign saved data may not load after installing

this Update.

* F-4 afterburner texture missing on SF2I-only install is fixed.

i friggin swear everytime i go to to drill a new patch comes out! sounds good tho, esp the nation specific loadouts. i'll hafta save me phantom mods and compare again in the morning.

 

on a final note SF2 Tomcat will come out in September. its when my reserve unit mobilizes!!!! :grin:

question on them modified loadouts, will they show in the regular loadout screen or do you have to go to the mission editor to pick it?

same here in a different way, some effects won't run correctly on unlimited settings and some afterburner effects doesn't show up on unlimited settings also!

Okay... I thought the Object Texture setting wouldn't make a difference but I had Effects on Medium... Another bug. Not so much a showstopper but doesn't look cool with the lack of burner, etc.

That isnt a bug Eric and Teras, I think its your systems because I just checked 10 planes, 5 default and 5 3rd party and they work just fine.

I have an NVIDIA card so that may be the issue.
