Ah I see. Thanks I never actually tried it with harrier. Though I do like to fly the harrier.

Funny what it says on Wiki about the nicknames of the Yak...

However, towards the middle of the 1980s, the Yak-38 was removed from front line service and transferred to land-based operations. The aircraft proved to have problems in conditions of high heat/high humidity, was underpowered and lacked an adequate combat radius. In fact, due to these limitations, one of the nicknames that the aircraft earned in the Soviet naval jargon was "a pigeon of peace". Another less than flattering nickname earned due to inadequate combat radius was "fok-mast defense aircraft".

In that last shot with the Yak, the Spruance Destroyer has Phalanx CIWS, which a previous shot (3d wave) didn't have.

So its either being worked on or an upgraded version is also depicted.

there are new images and i think we have a cruise missile intercepted in Kiev class screenshot.

Yes it's likely the CIWS guns engaging and destroying an incoming missile. Since if it were an aircraft there would likely be more debris :dntknw:

In it's current state, the flight engine has issues with aircraft that utlize separate lift engines (as opposed to swiveling nozzles). The Yak-38 (and the 41/141) both use separate lift engines aft of the cockpit. I hope TK and team have corrected this issue.

I remember TK mentioning on the forums that he was in contact with some sound guy to estimate the cost of unspecified job.

link please?

link please?

Wish I could. Not so easy to find when words like "sounds" "audio", "cost" and "price" are in every other TK's post and that time he wasn't even talking about it, he just mentioned it as a sidenote about being busy, that he had to get in touch with some guy.

So it seems with all the anti-ship/cruise missile activity, the Prowler's Jamming capabilities might be implemented too.

How do you think this can be simulated in-game?
