New Badges

Recommended Posts

I think this is a good idea. In my travels around this watery rock, (2 1/2 times), the one thing I have always noticed is that no matter who's military you're in the complaints are pretty much the same. You may not speak the same language, but the shared experience and enough beers can overcome any language barrier. You do find a way to communicate. I like that there is large contingent from the world's militaries here. That being said, also one with nothing to hide, does this count? pilotfly.gif.pagespeed.ce.SDXsiZ7eF_.gif   From back in the day, 1981.

Any news on the new badge?

CombatACE is proud to roll out some new badges. In the past we've always honored our veterans with a status and recently a badge to go with it. Now if you're enlisted service, US, Royal, French, etc., and there's a way we can confirm it, we'll give you a corresponding badge to go with it, perks included. We want everyone to know that we're proud of all those great many that serve their country. PM me if you'd like a spiffy new badge. Here are some samples and I have them for just about all major armed forces. Of course, if you were part of the TooTTooT Tribe Air Force I probably won't have one of those. Those with current Military Veterans badges can exchange them for your service badge with a yellow ribbon like the last image.

Hey Erik, any chance you could do this one for me:

AFG-120104-002.jpg

I'm an old Cold War warrior and it'd be nice to wear this now-long-retired badge again.

Good Morning,

The AF badge looks good, and I wore the uniform from 1977 until retirement in 1998.

What about the Swiss?

They have an army, but no sizeable Navy and understandabky so.

Their country has no sea....They can only float their ships in lakes and rivers from which they cannot escape if attacked.

Even if they managed to sail at full speed seaward in rivers, the nearest seas are too far and they would not make it in time and flee from their pursuing enemies, aircraft or ships, if any....

The Swiss cannot possibly float them up their mountains and their Alps, either, unless they fit skis to the hulls and make wind with ventilators for their sails, but even then the skiing tourists would complain..
Joking, of course....

What about Greece? We have the oldest seafaring nation in Greece with 1200 or more islands and the largest merchant fleet in the world.

Any badge for us Greeks? We have had war fleets for 2000 years or more....
