Its not only a joke. Its reality. During an east german commercial show for peruvian military they throw a Wieger942 (german Kalshnikov version) into the mud, drove 3 times with a truck over it, fetched it out, and fired without problems 300 rounds. (Okay, they changed the empty magazins.)
