  1. Law of nature: Morons reproduce faster than they eliminate themselves.
  2. I think I will NOT be trying that.
  3. F-15E's weren't declared IOC until just before DS, actually. So anything before 1990 and I'd say no Beagles.
  4. Headquarters, what is it? It's a large building where generals hang out, but that's not important right now.
  5. If you got some good ventilation in the tent, the tears would go away.
  6. Did you uninstall/reinstall your video drivers? If for example you went from one ATI card to another ATI, or one nvidia to another one, you might think it will be fine without reloading the drivers since they're "unified." Unfortunately, no.
  7. Whatever the most recent version is works. I don't recall offhand what number that is, though.
  8. I don't think I've ever seen white smoke, honestly. I'm not sure...
  9. Laton wins the award for the first modder to accurately simulate a WWI plane falling into a black hole!
  10. It's not the ones I know about that get me...it's the ones I DON'T see. The bane of my existence has to be the IR missiles, though.
  11. History of the World is one of Brooks' best 2nd-tier films, by which I mean ones that didn't make a massive splash like Young Frankenstein or Blazing Saddles but are still better than his obscure ones like Life Stinks. I watched Caveman like a million times when I was younger as they seemed to play it on cable ALL the time.
  12. I remember Trifids. I never found walking plants particularly scary.
  13. You've gotta love Airplane 1 and 2.
  14. Ah, Carmack's group? I've followed in a distant way. I know they had a test already that wasn't that successful.
  15. There's plenty of comparisons out there. Of course, in the under $100 range you only get competence, not performance, so it's harder to really judge them.
  16. Driving the tanks was my favorite part of WWIIOL when it came out. When they implemented spawn limits and playing tanks vs tanks became harder, I lost interest as the infantry wasn't very compelling, although I've heard it's gotten better 5+ yrs later! It's also my favorite part of Red Orchestra, although I wish there were more maps for them. Anyway, I'm looking forward to this one.
  17. I know it's no longer routine, but I understood this still happens on occasion and during major exercises. It's always sound policy to watch everyone.
  18. Believe me, no one wants it more than I do. NO ONE. NO ONE! NO ONE!!!!!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!
  19. Well, 1C is the publisher. Maddox did Il-2, but G5 did this one. According to some Russian posters, they've done a couple of other games and all have been just as badly done as this one.
  20. That was Gene Hackman as the blind guy, actually. My favorite line in the movie isn't great by itself, but in context of the scene: "Put...the candle...back!"
  21. Yeah, publish it! Call it "the unfinished review for an unfinished product."
  22. A glimmer of hope from 4 years ago...
  23. Your papers please. Your papers are not in order.
  24. Yeah, it would be nice if it would be released for public usage, but at this point I think it won't happen.
  25. *cue John Belushi*
