  1. I wasnt calling JM a noob, but agreeing with him about his post, as that is how most of the new people start out, by making demands. Us regulars? Unfortunately I cant spend my whole life here. There are jets to refuel...
  2. Palmdale, California if I'm not mistaken. So yes, that is a alot of snow for the high desert region. Nice!
  3. I believe FC already made this clear shortly after I posted, so you're second reply on the same thing isnt necessary, I got it the first time.

    The beatles

I dont. I got burned out on them and Pink Floyd listening to the radio. According to their play list, each band only had like 2-3 songs...
  5. I can do some decals. Shoot me a PM. Jeff
  6. Here's a Thud from the 419th TFW/466th TFS AFRes with HI: http://www.airliners.net/photo/USA---Air/R...hief/0782788/M/ And here is their former Vipers. They are now an associate unit to the 388th. http://www.f-16.net/gallery_item142807.html Cheers!
  7. Correct on some points. But who's to say that the EW suite cant be replaced by one built by Elisra, or Elbit finally integrating a Helmet mounted cueing system into the jet and so on. It's still hardware and contain LRUs and black boxes. Look at the F-15/16I. -S
  8. Really? They cant even protect their own country from outside influence who have taken over. So the Russians are going to openly give away weapons to Hezbollah. Awesome. -S

You've got to check out this trailer. This is going to rock! http://wolverine-trailer.blogspot.com/
  10. My assumption is if the F-22 is ever exported, it will be an airframe only. Japan and Israel have fitted their own electronics and sensor suites into the jet we've sold them in the past, so I dont think this will be any different. Although I'm not sure on the feasibility of this, I do hope we stand firm on the issue of the jets being built in the US. -S
  11. Getting closer to how Fighters Anthology's editors worked. Very nice idea and work. Thank you! -S
  12. I've already done it in addition to the corrected chaff/flare system. PM me if you want it. -S
  13. Sketch, I just went through your gallery and am very impressed! All of your work is outstanding, but my personal favs are "Remember 1968", "Emily" (My daughters name), and "Sky Pirates". Your "Island of Dr. Moreau" is pretty nice also. Welcome to CA. -Storm
  14. As FC said, IR jammers are not implemented yet. This came up a while ago when someone inquired about adding an IR MWS (missile warning system). Since I dont have a solid understanding how an IR noise jammer works, I wouldnt have a clue as to how it could be added. Now a DIRCM/LIRCM system, thats easier to understand, but still isnt available. -S P.S. None of the images you linked are showing for some reason. Just Red Xs
  15. Stary, you've outdone yourself. Gorgeous terrain! Thanks Jeff
  16. Lindr2, the Su-25TM (aka Su-39) has been updated from the old ASO-2V system mounted on the engine nacelles to the UV-26 system mounted in the tail. The UV-26 dispensers give the Su-25TM the ability to hold 192 cartridges of chaff/flares. Hence my ini edits reflecting this. Erwin's model even has them built into the skin. Shall I provide references?
  17. Nice job. I like the single centerline tank config also.
  18. Surprisingly not. They have 75 seats in the upper section, at the rear. But they are crowded in there pretty good. I guess if you are down in the cargo bay of the C-5 or C-17, it would seem spacious and comfortable. I prefer my seat right up front now. No fighting anybody. Even the boom pod is comfy if I've got a sleeping bag.
  19. Funny as I preferred the Herk as I knew I'd have a better chance to stretch out, even if the flight took longer. And as for the KC-10, we dont call them the Gucci boys for nothing.
  20. Deleted. If anyone wants the updated chaff/flares and lights, PM me.
  21. Pretty cool. Now if we could get a permanent way for us to start from the revetments. -S
  22. Hmm, interesting coincidence. Funny how the mind works. Cheers!
  23. Oh please someone with the skills help out Ed. Parabrakes are one of the things I wish TK had fixed from the initial release. You cant have an F-4 not popping the chute. -S
  24. Hey, one more thing. The hangar screen that Erwin used was awesome and got me thinking. Did the Russians ever use highway strips, like NATO did? If so, how hard would it be to add them to a few of the Red sites on the map? Would be great for the Mi-8 and Frogfoot. Again, just thinking out loud. Time to fly... (2x B-2As) -S
  25. Yea, let me get them finished tonight and I'll post them here. Right now, I'm headed in to base to go fly (a real mission, not virtual). Check back tonight. -S
