Well here are my thoughts on it. We built the KB because people ask the same questions over and over again. We built the KB to help people with the big issues they have when start into this series. We built the KB to help. Because if we didn't people would say "Hey can't we have something thats tell us how to do this or that?" So we put it up there and looks now everyone gets upset because we refer people to it. Damned if you do damned if you don't. Some do not know the amount of work we have put into it. Yes we can do it more politely. And we will. New guys will be better taken care of. I will make sure of that personally. But I won't stop referring people to the most basic questions. That is why we put it in there. Even one better, do you all want it or not? I can get rid of it and then let people answer as they want. Up to you all. People are going to be people, answering the same questions does get old. So I am backing MJ's advice. Don't answer if you can't be nice. Help the new guys out. If you refer them to the KB then put the link in there they need to be at. HELP them. As far as this becoming like SimHQ, not even close. There isn't any hit an run trolls, no patch whiners. There isn't any Stiglr's around. Sorry not here.

You add it the same as you do in the other sims. Some planes are getting updated, some haven't, its trial and error.

No you do not, we got rid of that well over a year ago even then that lasted all of 2 days.

Mike...just a stick at you....but what's an A-6? j/k You know me I am a USAF guy. Talk to Hrntfxr and Paul Nortness they are the resident Navy experts.

Mike You do not need to mod or learn how to mod at all to enjoy this series. But you have to be somewhat computer savvy when it comes to some of the mods. You need to have an idea what a file structure is and things like that. The most basic understanding will take you far in this sim. That is all I am saying.

I have to agree with Sparko. No matter what Craig puts up, someone can't seem to keep the subject on Craig's excellent work. Craig is kicking ass and taking names here on the Typhoon. So can we please for the 1000th time keep it on track.

Mike, check out this forum and you will see some work in progress'. However I am going to say this, if you are going to play this sim, better get over this "noob" syndrome. Because it does have learning curve.

No that isnt it. This has worked for me in the past. Have you flown more than one mission? I make campaigns, and the first mission I fly for some reason I am don't have any weps. But then the next mission, it works and I have more weapons than I know what to do with.

The WOI weps pack by the MF? Also make sure the year of the weps does fall under the year you want the aircraft to show. What weps are you trying to add?
