  1. Sounds good. Needs only an updated terrain. Till it will be available you can waste your time with hunting Hunters or Mysteres. In the last combats of my campaign i saw over 60 planes in the air. It was like rush hour!
  2. If you have no WOI, then you could easily use the in the downloadsection existing planes. Its only to test wheter the loadout would fit.
  3. I have no SFP2 game, but in the first seria you must also copy the .tod files in the other game. Extract them with the tool and then copy to the terrain folder..

  10. Na dann viel Spaß beim Leben.
  11. It depends on the time the photo was taken. From beginning 1942 when the losses, especially at the Ostfront were rising, the field repair units often took parts of various damaged planes to make one flyable. So the designation system starts to become confuse.
  13. Yes, all 3 Kreidefelsen_hm.bmp files are included in the last Bob terrain. I think 1.4 was the last, if i remember right.
  14. The high data you cant change easily. i have tried to form the cliffs of Dover with a file named Kreidefelsen_hm.bmp or so. With the _hm file you can generate additionally hills on a tile. The weak point of this methode is, that objects which you want to place at this tile (for instance Flak, Radar, trucks etc) will sink into the earth. They sit of the high data ground level, not at the additionally high given by the _hm file.
  15. Its typical if you starts a search the thing that you are looking for is nearly the last you get into the hand. My search starts in the air magazin Fliegerrevue 1/80 and the article i was looking for was in 3/88. Okay, what i have found out. The markings of the german bombers was a two digit code before and a two digit code after the barcross. The first two digits was the designation code of the Geschwader. This code consist of letter and number. The two digits after the cross were letters. The first letter was the "Flugzeugkennbuchstabe" aircraftdesignationletter. This letter had different colors. White for the 1.Staffel of a Gruppe, Red for the 2.Staffel of a Gruppe, Yellow for the 3.Staffel of a Gruppe. The letter itself designates the number of the plane in a Staffel A = first plane B= second plane C= third plane and so on The last letter gave the position of the plane in a Geschwader. A=Geschwaderstab B=Stab I. Gruppe C= Stab II.Gruppe D= Stab III.Gruppe F= Stab IV. Gruppe G= Stab V. Gruppe H= 1.Staffel K= 2.Staffel L= 3.Staffel M= 4.Staffel N= 5.Staffel P=6.Staffel R=7.Staffel S=8.Staffel T=9.Staffel U=10.Staffel V=11.Staffel W=12.Staffel X=13.Staffel Y=14.Staffel Z=15.Staffel Q=16.Staffel J=17.Staffel O=18.Staffel E=19.Staffel I=20.Staffel As an Example 9K+CP (red C) means 9K = KG51 red C = 3.plane of the 2.Staffel of the Gruppe P= 6.Staffel Fighters: planes of a Staffel have the numbers 1 to 12 1., 4. and 7. Staffel have white numbers 2.,5. and 8. Staffel have red numbers 3.,6. and 9.Staffel have yellow numbers First Gruppe of a Geschwader have no sign Second Gruppe of a Geschwader have a horizinal bar after the cross Third Gruppe of a Geschwader has a vertical bar after the cross.(sometime a ~ Symbol) Leaders of a Gruppe have a < symbol before the cross. I hope this will help
  16. At the moment i'm planing only for a 1960 campaign. The reason is the terrain. To make it compatible for modern times it would cost me a lot of time, which i not have at the moment. 17. BND? MAD. Aber ich denke mal das Bild war eher auf dem Tisch der HVA als in Bonn. Tolles Maschinchen und tolle Bemalung.
  18. I made a quick mod of my Battle of Britain terrain and tested it in the last hour. Looks promissing. I also made a small campaign for test reasons. Hunters and Canberras vs Mysteres, F-100D and Vautours. Its fun, but far away to be completed. Time set 1962. Lets see.
  19. You want a story line. Okay, here is my: 1960. Reelections for the House of Commons in 3 southenglish counties. To increase the chances of the candidates of his party the british Primeminister decided to support the brithish Wine Industry which is located in south England ;-). He decided to stop all imports of french wine, following the rule "Buy British!". So London dockers toppled barrels of french wine into the river Thames. (All London fisherman catched in the next days very happy fishes.) But the french President is furrious about this affrond. He decided to stop all imports of british cheese, following the rule "Only french cheese is good cheese." French dockers attempt now to feed french pigs with british cheese, but the pigs denied to eat it. What a shame for Britain. Now the Primeminister declared the war to defend the british cheese, wine and proud against the french frogfeeteaters.
  20. Geh mal auf diese Seite http://www.lindenhillimports.com/lhd32004a.htm
  21. How about a France vs Great Britain campaign? Perhaps settled in the early 60th. Mysteres and MirageIII vs Hunters and Lightnings. As basic terrain would BoB terrain fit. Only an idea, but what do you think about it?
  22. Takeoffhead = Position where the AI planes start on the one end of the runway Takeofftail = Position where the AI planes start on the other end of the runway Taxihead = Position of the single planes during waiting on taxiway on one end Taxitail = vice versa
  23. Dont buy parts of the Berlin Wall in Berlin. 99% of them are fake! You can do it yourself. Take a little bit concrete and a little bit color spray. So up today the Wall pieces are made.
