even in his ranting posts i did enjoy reading them in the beginning for the reason that someone who doesnt care about being nice tends to be abit more truthful. but of late he seemed to be getting more and more aggressive toward those he was corresponding with prob the big no no taking it out side the Arena wich is set for ranting and peronal/political views. his amount of posts of that type led me to forget he was an OFF'er. that said a check on his member profile (thru the members button above) shows him to be banned, tho removal of everything he posted seems extreme even for banishment.

well the point that leads me to agree with streakeagle and say that it is a step down is payload. in particular air to air cause it will have to carry some of that load with only 187 Raptors and likely further early retirement amongst the Eagle and Viper force to pay for this new capabilities. Sure the F-22/F-35 combo will see further and hit what it sees. but doctrine is gonna be to go in stealthy and that means internal. which means not as many rounds to shoot at the enemy. now we program our Aggressor Vipers to simulate threat aircraft and emissions for training. other nations regularly upgrade their older aircraft with new avionics and ability to carry new weapons. what is stopping some bright light in a threat air force from programming an emmitter to make a Mig-21 look like a Flanker? then when we call Fox 3 and expend all the AAMs on that sortie the real flankers come in and chase our guys out of the area. when we go back with external ordanance mounted we are now not as stealthy as we trained to fight. JSF Aggie could prob answer the question better but are we regularily training to fight with external loads and how much A2A ordinance can it carry all up in a useful CAP or Escort mission? hey i'm not sayin lay waste to the area like Ahnold with the minigun in Terminator 2. buuuuuut as Patton said.... wars arent won by dying for your country. they are won by makin some other poor sonuvabitch die for his. i really dont mean to bad mouth the F-35, i just dont like the perpetually smaller sums that the math shows for our side.

i did try it a cuple of weeks ago, but my screwy compaq laptop likes your first update better than the enhanced. it actually runs at 9-10graphic/30-40fps game (yes for me thats good)with that one but the enhanced slows me down. nothing on your mods, just the computer i have to live with for at least another year. tho backed up, i will wait for tech advice before proceeding. and try not to take off from that base again as evidently the ground crews cant be bothered with the upkeep of the base!

well instead of opening a new thread i will save valuable internet space and ask this how do i fix this sir? taken from your GermanyCE trees building and TODs update. i do freakin love that mod(best terrain and seasons with out slowin my laptop down at all) and like th idea of trees around airbases but on the runway is a bit much,

well we are all anxious for any news on it. for sure it will be a seperate install all to its self not something to be added to the mods folder and forgotten. also the aircraft that could spawn from it makes an impressive list. French based A-26s in Light Bomb Wings, 36 FG F-80Cs, EF-10Bs for Vietnam and on and on...... If you guys have a C-54 hiding in there i will crap myself!

finally got around to putting the Iowas in game... things freakin huge threw everything at it including my AA-2's and after some of the best accurate shooting in a Russian jet, the bastard stil shot 3 tomahawks at me!

one arguement for the step down crazyhorse... less rounds. it runs off the premise that it needs less munitions because what it uses will be more accurately placed. kinda suck tho if say we go up against the chinese and their first aerial wave is old mig-21s to get us to shoot our missles then send the J-20s. those air forces with red stars have a funny tendency not to get rid of stuff....

very true. however will it only be iceland or will greenland and the northern UK also be there? tho it would be nice for a red storm rising scenario, would be a pain for where to base red air if it was iceland only.

july didn't do much except that loadouts can now be customized by year..... and the _78 Phantoms can carry the ALQ-131 series now. if your not running a stock Phantom you need to up the wieght limit on Sparrow station 1 to 300. not hat i'm a Phanatic or anything
