went to look up the campaign editing notes in the Knowledge base and noticed all the pics that show what you are talking about have been deleted. makes it a little more difficult to add a carrier to SF2 europe tommorow while on staff duty and on a off topic note you realize our enemies will fear you current title more than evil arrogant imerialist american?

check that the bmp names are the same for the afghanistan skin as the others. for example does it say Mi-24p instead Mi-24P?

if you get the other series be careful with loading them. i got SF2V for Christmas after having SF2E since its release. the Dec patch seems to have caused a Prob with merged install so SF2E is in a Thirdwire folder in my C drive and SF2V in a Thirdwire2 folder. one of the biggest issues i recall with merged was objectdata3.cat file which couldnt be read by cat extractor and somehow made all E model Phantoms dissappear. as for 2nd Gen in general it kicks a$$. as i like to say WOE is like watching MASH on vcr tape, SF2E like watching House on Blu- ray. both great doctor shows but the newer comes out a bit better. oh and make sure to take SF2E off and load in order if you get other titles.

even if they both crapped out on the perfect season deal i think the match up that should make it to the super bowl is colts/saints. however anyone who has read Sum of All Fears needs to pray there is no Chargers/Vikings matchup

i would check the decal ini of the particular skins. first look at the scale then toy with the location numbers. when you do any changes to your computer it seems to toy with the ini files and some chaos can ensue. the following sample is from my personal skin for SEA wraparound scheme. [Decal010] MeshName=rudder DecalLevel=1 DecalFacing=RIGHT FilenameFormat=F4BLACK/D/F4_SqTailR Position=-5.05,1.2-----------------------------work on this second Rotation=0.0 Scale=5.25-----------------------------------look at this first DecalMaxLOD=3 ignore the file format name as that is my personal setup so several skins draw decals from one source. i have to fix the skins myself after restoring to an earlier point and losing work on this skins inis. highlights the importance of backing up things! well i hope this helps you out

i have a northrup corperate video with the same song featuring F/A-18 hornets in action(they were subcontracted for some major assemblies). same video also has 2 min clip of the YF-23 being pitched as the NATF(naval advanced tactical fighter). only prob is its on VHS and i havent had a VCR for 2 years! when i get it converted to digital format i will post it.

wingmen are ok as a spare set of rounds(missles or bombs) when your out. but they like to get into trouble alot in my experience and if you load another terrain like Snowynorway with mountains in it, just leave em at home as for differences i have WOE in both Gens on my laptop(it helps with converting sometimes) and while im not as technical in describing its like watching TV in the 80's(WOE) or today on HDTV(SF2E).
