Malwarebytes is not a bad idea at all, have used it at times when I've had a virus that would not allow me to start any programs. You should be able to use safe mode if needs be to get it. Picked up a mint Sony A700 for £280 a few weeks ago in used camera shop, they're still selling for roughly £500 second hand. Quite chuffed with it, and it performs much better than the A200.
