  4. They dont spawn at all - only on runways before taking off. They are there - but if you are using your eyes to find them - you need a high res monitor and a trackIR ideally - with the trackir you can zoom in which is essential to spot them. If you dont have these: keep pressing the target keys T etc and use padlock Order your wingies to engage air Look on the Map Use F6
  5. You may want to wait for the new model ;)

Grumman F-11A (F11F-1) for the "Strike Fighters 2" Series by Fleet-Defender and Team F11F-1 Team: 3D Model: Fleet-Defender Texture Mapping: BPAO Additional 3D: Crab_02 Skins: Marcello Decals: Crab_02 Drop Tanks: Crab_02 Flight Model: Column5 Special thanks to: Sony Tuckson VF-21 skin by Julhelm VA-156 skin by Paul Nortess Optional Hangar screen by Wrench & MiGBuster (2009) SF2 updates, and other changes MiGBuster (July 2009) The Grumman Tiger was procured in the late 1950s as a hedge against any failure or delay in the F-8 Crusader program. When the Crusader proved a great success, the Tiger became redundant and was quickly phased out of service. It was an agile aircraft and considered to be easy to fly, a factor which led to its adoption by the Blue Angels. Martin RB-57A Canberra for the "Strike Fighters 2" Series by Ahmed Junaid Raza B.2 Cockpit with bombardier view by Daniel "Kessselbrut" Himmel Original skin and ini work by pappychksix Updated for SF2 by MiGBuster (July 2009) The USAF ordered English Electric Canberras as a need to fill a mission gap - however the order could not be fulfilled in the UK so Martin was able to license build Canberras under the B-57 designation. The B-57A looks similar to the Canberra B mk2 however there were actually many differences - not least the the Wright J65 engines. Due to the bubble canopy, targetting the guns was found to be very difficult, and so the canopy and nose were totally redesigned into what became the B-57B. The RB-57A was the first real production model of the B-57 with around 67 being built for a photo recon role. They served from 1954 and were withdrawn in the early 1970s. 24 RB-57As were also converted to EB-57As. Convair F-102A Delta Dagger (The 'Deuce') for the "Strike Fighters 2" Series by Veltro2K Revised 3D model and fixes by FastCargo Original F-106 cockpit by Kesselbrut & Pasko with F-102A mods by Ordway Loading & loadout screens by Wrench Data.ini/FM inputs - Column5 196FIS skin - PappyChkSix 460FIS, 431FIS, 509FIS skins by 331KillerBee 57FIS, 176FIS, 317FIS skins by XRay ============== SF2 updates, other changes MiGBuster and Ravenclaw (July 2009) The F-102A was the first of Convairs great 'delta twins'. Its radical shape was unique in USAF service while its speed and powerful weapons capability made it the backbone of Air Defense Command. Its high profile front-line days were relativly short-lived, but the 'Deuce' had a long career which took it to Vietnam and Beyond (1963 - 1969). 18. you would need to extract the flightengine.ini from the flightdata.cat using the cat extractor tool you can download from this site. instructions are in the old knowledgebase once extracted put the file in the flight folder to make it work
  19. Im already doing the F-11F and F-102A
  20. Not yet - Sundowner is working on an extremely detailed Euro skin for SF2
  21. For a start - How fast it runs depends on the PC you are sticking it on :) It might be a good OS - although there may be a few bugs to iron out initially. Is it really available in Germany?? - Microsofts site says its being released on October 22nd
  22. that should all be fixed now - had to improvise a bit with the fuselage crosses. cant believe i left you off the credits - sorry bout that!! - thats what happens when you try and do 10 canberras at the same time
  23. maybe the cause then - stick it on hard model and see if its different
  24. Yes agree with Malibu totally - the campaign is not really set up for choppers - even with a lot of work it still wouldnt be great- however YAP2 has some amazing chopper models and a good variety of custom single missions and custom ground objects! but i suppose you get what you pay for :) these were some of the few in yap1 - will probably be in yap2 at some point :
  25. The Media have been against both wars since day 1 - although I was actually thinking their attitude had got better over the past few years - although im talking about the BBC - because tbh I havnt read a paper (yesterdays news) for years. IMO they havn't critised the troops - the main story is always how the government is not giving the troops what it needs. The objectives were too ambitious and well under funded. To be fair to labour they are getting new vehicles out there - although even the newer ones like the Viking have been had by the shaped charged IEDs Weve lost 15 this week but - its a major offensive!! what do they think war is - are the press retarded or just trying to stir up opinion (ok both) Ok Afganistan UK dead is 184 in 8 years! - and its manly down to driving those pathetic snatch landrovers (be just as safe driving a Ford Fiesta!!) - and of course the Nimrod that came down due to an electrical fault (you could say why is a jet based on the Comet still flying!!) - the press never put sown real comparisons so i will So: 2001 to 2009 - 8 years in Afghanistan - 184 UK Dead 1964 - 1972 - 8 year Vietnam war >65,000 US dead 1916 1st July Battle of the Somme - 20,000 (UK only) dead in 1 day
