  1. Looks cool. I could help with cockpit and textures if time permits.
  2. Model is awesome but it needs more spec and some ambient shading to make it pop. As it is it looks way too flat.
  3. My friend has a Warthog HOTAS and after trying it out I have to say it's pretty nice.

  8. Leadwerks isn't optimized for flightsim. IIRC that is why the CH maps are limited to 32x32km and they're looking at GROME3 instead.
  9. Gaijin uses an in-house engine, Dagor. It would be nice if TK let these guys do some custom engine work so it isn't merely an SF2 mod.
  10. Handgun + semi-auto rifle. The island is only like 500 yards across so if he had enough reloads he could keep killing until he ran out of bullets.
  11. I thought it was due to zero-gravity causing bone & muscle deterioration? Build a space station that generates earth gravity and problem should be solved.

  13. You know you can use spec and bump on groundobjects too? It'd make those tents look purdy.
  14. What's funny is that the F-35 has much larger weapon bays than the F-22. Though I always preferred Boeing's offering for its 'son of A-7' 2cool looks. F-35 just looks like whatever contemporary fighter.

  22. Yeah, it's starting to look much better. I'd recommend finding a good base texture and do the deck fairly highres, and use max's render to texture function to bake some ambient occlusion and use that as a multiply layer. It's similar to when you apply a wash to a plastic model to bring out all the geometric detail. Also start looking into doing some basic normal and specular maps and preview them in a game engine such as Marmoset toolbag.
