Better try as guded with very low accuracy. You will never hit nothing unguided with mortar angle. Here is my hand grenade for troopers. Similar ;-) HAND_GRENADE.7z

Try with flaps. More CLiftdc, less DeltaStallAlpha.

Nah, it affects, but jets speed and aerodynamic forces are much bigger so you can't feel it.
