Ai has the ability and likely could help with upgrading the software but it would need the decompressed files and those TK has under his purview. For now those upgrades are not possible unless they are released as a mod but mods have limits and changing core elements in the game itself is not one of them.

That link is available in multiple places, the forum, on any of the category pages, the file download page, and even the download button itself changes to get people to that page. I'd throw MSFS 98 out there. I remember when we got 3D acceleration in 96-97 which transformed all our flat graphics. Another notable Sim was Gran Tourismo 2 in the late 90s. The over done sun glare was horrific but it was a point in time where games felt more real. Clinton was the US President, we had a surplus budget, and grunge was a fashion. Tamagotchi, Beanie Babies, AOL chat rooms, and Instant Messenger were what we raved about or rebelled against. 30 years passed us by in mere houra, the next thirty will likely feel like a wink.

Did you read what Menrva said? You don't open the compressed files as traditionally you might. That mod is a self installer packed as compressed files, the main file needs to be mounted. This is no longer true. AI agents are training themselves and working together. They took over Dse Wiki and made a bunch of edits to coordinate themselves and there is evidence it has been writing parts of itself around the internet for self preservation. Right now as I see it we have no boundaries on AI other than a fence made of rice paper. This has been Sam Altman's dream, the "self aware" AI. The push for the data center build-outs is to provide AI a home once it starts growing beyond our capabilities, and the rumors there are that AI helped design these new data centers.
