Also, just for my clarification, the external color of the CFTs are 'hardwired' into the LOD file...so there is no way to have multiple color schemes of the CFTs...correct? FastCargo

If you read the file announcement I stated that when and if we get a more correct pit I will update it. Can we please not nit pick it to death? Flanker thanks man FC yeah we have a few ideas for other versions. They will not be 100 percent because we do not have the max files for them. But rather than let them sit unused a few of us decided to put some extra skin and ini work into them to give you all a good quality package. But it is inevitable some one will nit pick it to death. No ETA when the XL and other versions will be done. I am in the process of getting my family up to Ohio then have to come back to Tinker and hope someday I might actually get stationed with them. So these projects are going to keep me sane until then.

A little hex editing is all that is needed. Thanks for the info. I was able to find a hex editor, and make the appropriate changes...I now have 2 different CFTs :). As a side effect, I was able to finally figure out where I could mount my RWR set for the late version of the F-8FN. :) I keep learning stuff every day with this sim... FastCargo

A little hex editing is all that is needed. 2 Weeks This bird will carry alot of different weapons and will wreak havoc in the air and on the ground. Don't forget to use your weapon editor to add Israel and allow the particular weapon to be exported in the right year. Remember during air to air you can't jettison your tanks, but you can the stowage racks.
