..X..how in the hell do you place the infantry on ground? Is it YAP?

 

They are "craters" not infantry. Make a soldier model in the shape of a bomb and drop them one by one or all at once and they will show up as infantry "craters".

Fast approach, missed the wires, hit the brakes, rolled, fell off, ejected...

Pilot wounded, plane lost until replacements arrive (if any) :doh:
