This guy is the firm rock behind the 3rd Wire modding seen. Otto has a keen eye for every little detail and turns great mods into awesome mods. Always ready to help out and a good person to talk to when you need someone too.

Otto has done amazing things...talk about turning lead into gold! And he also does the painstaking detail work like painting lines for HUDs and tweaking avionics files which is maddening to say the least (and those are tiny examples of his awesome contributions).
