Although i have never attempted to mod the game, i am very computer literate and understand the work that goes into doing something like this. Therefore i was wondering if thers anything i (and other people who cannot mod) can do to help you guys? If thers anything i can do to aid the workload in any way please let me know and i will be quite happy to. Mike

+comrpnt Posted January 14, 2009 Posted January 14, 2009 same goes for me as well Hi guys, there are a few tutorials around that teach the basics of 3D modelling etc. I even annotated a mission file once, and posted it here in the knowlegebase section, in case anyone wanted to know what most of the script tags mean. There's always something you can do and plenty of source code around to reverse engineer the work that has gone before. I was interested in mission design, so I started by butchering those missions supplied by the game, and then some that were in the downloads section to see 'how it was done'. So, I guess it's all down to "what do you want to do?". Someone here will be happy to help you to get started - then we all benefit from what you produce. There are plenty of free tools around to help you skin or create 3D models. For writing mission scripts I only use a simple text editor. Ok, now on with more screen shots... Regards, comrpnt.

Its just skinned for the RSAF. really cool pics any pics of the F-111?! Doesnt have a skin yet. Lets save some stuff for the mod when its come out.

FC Somehow this reminds me on the old days, when guys asked about a pony included in the mod! I wonder if we should open a topic and count the guys, who didn´t grabbed the mod.
