I have been enjoying this little beast on Vietnam using the also provided California ANG skin. I just played a mission that want to share with you guys.

 

- It was basiclly a trap to get the NVPAF out of their sanctuaries so we can get some kills after a serie of losses over North Vietnam. A couple of F114 including me and my wingmen were tasked to hit a river crossing while 8 F-104C provide top cover. Our loadout was 4 AIM-9B plus internal gun and the Mk84 we will use to cry havoc on that target.

 

So after attacking the target, you can see my plane turning to fight the enemy airplanes. You can see the target smoking after being badly hit.

 

 

First kill!! A Mig21 fells to my Sidewinder!!

 

 

Here one of the Starfighter that saved my day with his gun! Thanks pal!

 

 

And second kill of the day!! A mig-17, no kill like a gun kill!!

 

 

So after we got no less than 7 Migs (5 by the Starfighters and 2 for me), (a Fresco escaped running really low) we return to base.

 

 

And after stopping I'm waiting the ground crew to let them help me exiting the plane.

 

 

So I hit the ground target and got two kills, a really fun mision.

Spinners, just a hint, if I may - Lindr2 uploaded a while ago a MiG-23K model with arrestor hook and so on, the once proposed carrier version of the MiG-23.

I bet you, those decals would fit much better to it

As long as Lindr2 is using the stock Third Wire model.
