Opening cockpit with bomb bay entry 'O' ?

the canopy animation has to be built into the LOD when it was created. You can't just assign a slot to it. Sorry, bro! -
View File SF2 TMF K'fir C1 & F-21A Lion Upgrade/Remod Pack SF2 TMF K'fir C1 & F-21A Lion Upgrade/Remod Pack 5/3/2024 -For SF2, Any and All-(SF2:I and/or Full 5 Merged Suggested) This is a full upgrade/remod pack for The Mirage Factory's IAI K'fir C1 & F-21A Lion as used by the Israeli Defense Force Air Force, and the US Navy and US Marine Corps. The later two were used in dissimilar combat training as adversery aircraft (see Notes). Included in this package are the 2 full aircraft, with one or more skins: Kfir C1: 101 Squadron (Camo w/ID Panels) F-21A Lion: VF-43 "Challengers" (USN) (2-tone Grays) VMAT-401 "Snipers" (USMC) (IDF style Desert Camo) They are set up and labeled to cause =NO= conflicts with the Kfirs available as stock within the game or any others that may exist. Skins remain in their original bmp format. National markings are painted on, and my (Patent Pending) fake insignia and SqTail decals are active (when needed), allowing the squadron's name & Nation Name to be displayed on the Loadout screen. Serial number Decal Randomization is TRUE. All serial numbers are 100% historically accurate for their various units (all 32 for the IDF). All necessary items are provided, serial number decals, weapons (drop tanks), pilots, seats, sounds, effects, and so forth. Some, you've probably got already. If I missed any, PLEASE let me know and I'll get it fixed. The canards have been removed from the C1 through the use of the 'remove component trick'. The F-21A retains it's canards. For both models, the canopy operates with the Standard Animation Keystroke (tm), Shift/0 (zero). The animation for the intake shock cones has also been corrected, thanks to Crusader. When in-game, on the Aircraft Selection Drop down you'll see: Kfir C1 (TMF) and F-21A Lion (C.1P) (TMF) So you can't mistake them for anything other than TMF Birds (tm). Of course, this also removes confusion from the stock 3rd Wire Birds too (although the F-21A IS a DLC). As always, fairly easy to follow, yet detailed install instructions are included. So, please read them. All original readmes, when discoverable, are included. The 'Change Log' is, as always, in the Notes section below. Happy Landings! It was very much part of my formative years. I'm one of the kids that grew up in the 60 (born 1957), so I watched The War every night on the news.

Where Yankee Air Pirate REVAMP has gone?
Wrench replied to JamesWilson's topic in General Discussion
I got the first part when the RW group first dropped it. Honestly, I was NOT impressed, either with the aircraft or the terrain mods. Now, that being said there are some nice 'eye candy' pieces that would look good incorporated into other period terrains. But top of the line, no. (now, remember I"m speaking ONLY of this 1st part) The original WW2 PTO mods were also not that impressive, although, again, having some nice bits. And don't even get me started on YAPs Persian Gulf fiasco. I do remember their basic tennant --- "we're telling (selling) stories, not the various objects needed to tell them" (or words to that effect) -
Swambast makes the point I was trying for, but with better words. No matter how it's sliced, it will still contains "unethicly sourced" items. I remember the raging shitstorm when it was being released for WoV. A large number of you don't. DA: no, i'm not in the group. To quote somebody famous "would I want to join a club that has me as a member?"

I would be nice to actually HEAR from the revamp mod group. Things that are, or were, payware at still very much a gray area to us Admins (and modder too!). I know it's something that we'll have to discuss at some point in the future. Would one consider the SF1 version as abandonware?? Do we ignore it because it is/was payware?? I'd VERY much like to hear from one of the leaders of the Revamp Project.

?? is there ??? Looks like I"ll have to go searching again .... -
don't forget, you can have date and nation specific loadouts!!! Say, RCAF Sabres have Sidewinders, but GAF don't in the same year spread.
-
yeah! that's got it!!! stangely, i had to lower the mounting position, as it was sitting half-way through the wing. Even this location might be a tidge too low, but.... hey! It's working now! Many thanks!! Now, just a few more tweeks, and it'll be ready for it's (re)release next Friday! Thanks again!!
