Dschankoj Airbase. Situated at the north of the Crimean peninsula. The Ukrainians used this base for transport aviation. After 2014 the Russians made it to a big helicopter base. The base is 50% done. So it looks in editor: A lot of parking areas are still to be set. Afterwards two other russian bases are still to be done. Then i will release a second Beta of the terrain.

Does not the nation of the carrier depend on the nations.ini of the terrain? IIRC the first nation in the list is the nation of the carrier. EDIT: I was wrong. As long as you has the RoyalNavy as nation in the nations.ini of the terrain, the Bucc should start from deck of the Ark Royal. You should check, wheter the MinimumBaseSize of the plane is on the same level as the CarrierBaseSize of the ship.

Nowoiwanowka Airbase Was a big bomber airfield in the center of the Crimean peninsula. The ukrainians used it till 2000. Afterwards it was only a reserve airfield.

Nowoiwanowka, an other huge russian airbase at the Crimean peninsula. 80% done. It hardly fits into a 4x4 km airfield tile square.

Panther KF51 made by Rheinmetall Highly agile, well protected, 130 mm smoothbore gun with 20 round autoloader. 12,7 mm koaxial machine gun, 7,62 mm weapon station on turret roof, loitering missile system. At the moment in testing. Will be available in 4 years.

It makes the procurement of spare parts easier. Instead to buy an expensive screw from developer, you can send a man into a commercial hardware store and let him buy it there.

Gwardeiskoye Airfield north of Simferopol, Crimean Peninsula. In 2019 there were romours that Russia was planning to field Tu-22M3 bombers at this base. Its a really big airbase. The base is 60% done and not yet perfect located on the map. Further i changed the textures of the taxiways and parking areas a second time. I does not really liked the old texures very much.

I have a flat object in the size 500x20 meters and one with 100x20 meters. This objects i place with target editor to create a road. But this will only work on perfect flat areas. Otherwise some parts of the road would sink in the hill, while other parts of the road are hanging in the air.

There is only one way. Use tiles with roads and puzzle it together. But wait. This is not the whole truth. For complete flat areas it is possible to use flat road objects which you can set on a target area as a normal other ground object. That way i used in my BoB terrain to connect the airfields with the road network, made by road tiles.
