i remember those days. pics on those little disposible cameras where you point at a speck in the sky and say "theres a Ukrainian Mi-8" 4k air show videos are one of the smart phones saving graces....

not quite a full Avenger, just a consultant i helped out as they were getting up and running, esp with cleaning up the skins and decals (made my folders look puny) but they are much more friendly and open to collaboration with this house than the previous crew was. Ralph shouldnt have any issues with it, and then you can upload the skins AND the helo unlike the Mohawk (nudge nudge wink wink )

other Kevin, im disappointed. you usually get these details correct i mean where ARE your intake markings guy?
-
most indubitably awesome would you consider sharing with the YAP-RW crew? if you get to talking to them, theres been some precedents for sharing as a whole aircraft here (as well as there of course) contact is generally via their FB group, although you could go through the site as well

we've discussed. were not exactly seeing issue, but are willing to adjust it. if you can pm me some detailed shots of tanks (with panel lines) it would definetly help meanwhile, pretty shots while discussing with someone else

welcome to the circus....

this thread's author will be much nicer about it i however will mention that if its that relevant, take charge and go model it in Blender 2.79 dont know Blender? learn dont want to learn/no time to learn? then be patient while the modellers work off their relevant projects. nobody gets paid to do these mods, so its generally at the mercy of who's interests align.

everything i had showed them as regular old USN tanks, no camo. somebody gets me pics otherwise, i'll fix meanwhile, SOMEBODY get this man a target dart
-
nice, nice but i got 3 MiG-21s with Bravo model 'Winders and 6 pack .50 cals not a bad last outing before i demil' her.......

I myself am doing Tracor's target tugs. but that will include a bare metal version of the above as they were late 70s I ini created a new aircraft based off the Sabre Mk6 (CL-13) that will have service dates from 1970 to 2040. would anyone like to jump in and do up markings for the warbirds on the airshow circuit? (a good chunk off them were Canadairs anyhow) mind you, I am not too interested in doing the warbirds. but it would be a shame to let a new bare metal skin go to waste if youre interested let me know and i'll pm ya the current work. if nobody is right now, i'll still hare the template additions in case anyone wants to later

Training rounds Weapons pack
daddyairplanes replied to DEVIL11's topic in Mods & Skinning Discussion
observation: many of the bomb and weapons packs have inert or training rounds in them. but there is no one stop shop for inert bombs -
there is an easy setting for gameplay i dont think too many of us actually go that low (i admittedly am too chicken$||!~ to play hard regularly )

nit pick 1: SF2 at its heart is a Vietnam combat flight sim. there is some early 4th generation capability stock (F-16A Netz, F-15A, F-14A) but anything past the mid 80s is modder work around of stock limits. the game, out of the box, isnt geaed for 21st century combat, and you'd need somebody with strong interest to tweek the avionics nitpick 2: the modder base is wide and varied in interests (WW2 through near future). we also are working on our time, around our own schedules and projects. not saying it wont happen by any means, just saying you'll need a hard sell to get folks onboard and an observation: the late Flanker models (to include the 34) seem cursed in this game. theres been several developments of them over the years, and they either turn out to be pirated, or start strong then disappear as always, i would encourage you to poke around under the hood. outside of modelling, most of what you list is fairly easy to learn on your own. modelling(and the animations created in those models) require either 3DS Max 2009 (old and hard to get) or Blender 2.79 (old and hard to learn) to make a model that works in game
