no worries, can always make new ones myself. not trying to do too much, just the Pacer Plank birds (80 that had wings rebuilt and given GBU-15 capability) from about '76 through retirement in 82-83. the current skins are actually decent for a base, but the paint jobs got fixed up and shinier after the depot work, and they all actually got SAC and wing badges back. i wont say that starting them is.... enjoyable. but once you got things dialed in, it makes it easy to make what ever your hearts desire is. that part is fun, but take alot of time and cussing to get there @Wrench didnt i see a thread a week or soo back about removing parts from pilots? would be really useful for a fakepilot object i got right now

how the f..... it should all be in saved games like usual. but its been 5 years since i last set one up from scratch, and the memory aint any better than you at 20 so did you look for eye relief features? the three white frame screens in my FB post have a few things that are supposed to help the eyes out. low blue light, low flicker, and "eye ergo tech". the little one on top is a legacy monitor that i've had for 9 years off course, not using the screen primarily for pron also helps the eyes for all others, hopefully tOK will have a new rig show off end of week (knock on wood FedEx dont funk it up)

i recall even smaller buildings standing perfectly fine after losing a whole side in Kosovo. no heat, no water, apartment was like a doll house, but they were watching Sky News as we drove by! so unless you hit something load bearing, a skyscraper will likely stay standing after a hit (although with more holes and fire damage than before)

15 May 1975: Jolly Green 44 approaches USS Holt off of Koh Tang Island while extracting Marines after the recovery of the SS Mayaguez. Jolly Green 44, a HH-53, was able to expedite the withdrawal of Marines on the beach by offloading on Holt, with only the nose wheel touching down the landing pad. All in complete darkness. To go all the way to the carrier Coral Sea would have taken 30 minutes and the Marines remaining on the beach were in danger of being overrun. Once the 34 Marines on this trip were onboard Holt, Jolly Green 44 was on the beach for another pick up in 5 minutes 38 US service members were lost during what became known as the Mayaguez Incident, also generally considered the final US battle of the Vietnam War

daddyairplanes replied to Inge-Jones's topic in Thirdwire: Strike Fighters 2 Series - General Discussion
have you googled the serial numbers? also while youre discussing F-105, is it possibly from a F-84 instead? finally, a little more detail on where found, when etc would help edit: damn slow site, RC beat me to commenting, and id go with his assessment -

slightly more serious but still funny... a few of the bootleg DVDs i bougth in Iraq actually had a "tour the factory" bit in the extras. and yes, it did show smiling workers opening legit DVDs and loading them in one machine, hooked up to 20 others with presumable blanks. was somewhere in the Philippines; not surprising as the Philippinoes working on Balad AB were the best source for bootleg anything without leaving the wire
