This was an April Fool's article that did the rounds... looks like this site posted it up a little while after...

Have a read of the comments on Steam for WoE... looks like TK doesn't see a penny from the proceeds and there are patching issues when trying to run the game from Steam.

I believe a separate L-39 was made specifically for SF1 by saint_aj at an earlier date, it's in the downloads section somewhere.

Monty uploaded his L-39, templates and a couple of Hungarian skins to the downloads section in 2010: http://combatace.com/files/file/11563-aero-l-39-czoza-albatros-add-on-pack/ http://combatace.com/files/file/11567-l-39-templates/ http://combatace.com/files/file/11571-l-39zo-hungarian-skin/ http://combatace.com/files/file/11578-l-39zo-2nd-hungarian-skin/

What the f*ck does his middle name have to do with anything? Does 'Arabic-sounding-name' translate to extremist sympathiser in your book? Next time don't bother trying to be subtle when trying to make a useless, xenophobic statement, we'll all know what you're really thinking. May the innocent victims of this terror attack rest in peace.

I vote solution 2 and 1 or 2 skins supplied with the aircraft.... then simultaneously release a large skin pack separately.

Strength of World's Air Forces
Jimbib replied to Silberpfeil's topic in Military and General Aviation
Nice heat map, many thanks. This is a year out of date but is a reasonable resource also... Flight Global's World Air Forces directory... https://d1fmezig7cekam.cloudfront.net/VPP/Global/Flight/Airline%20Business/AB%20home/Edit/WorldAirForces2015.pdf 2016 is available but I haven't found a direct pdf link yet, alas this was never an issue when I had access to their ACAS database. -

I look forward to downloading this. Also, I believe the Sea Vixen was made by Skippybing.

Mother of Pearl, that looks awesome, what's the wallet damage for that cooler?

According to this... there's still 17 in the boneyard... http://www.amarcexperience.com/AMARCDB.asp?SessionId=993811500&Type=3&Include=3&SortOrder=1&Code=OV010&Model=OV010D EDIT: Turns out those aircraft have since departed AMARC, however some have the same destination as the two serials we've seen recently.

Russo, I ended up starting from scratch in the end... many thanks for the max file a while ago though, it gave me some good pointers. Groom Lake is next on the list for me as far as SWUS goes. If anyone wants to doodle some rough ideas of what they had in mind for some generic airbases, please do send them over, I'm happy to take a look.

Another base layout in the works... this time Tonopah Test Range...
