Santa gave it to me as a Christmas present.  (I think he mistook me for someone with a similar sounding name.)  Now I'm wreaking havoc in the neighborhood.

 

He got it from Yankee Air Pirate.  YAP recently released some Helipaks.  The CH-54 is in Helipak 4.
