Enhance Plus C-130A Skin mod For SF2V
In 1972, 32 C-130A Hercules were provided to the Republic of Vietnam Air Force to enhance their airlift capacity. These aircraft served for three years until the end of the VNAF on 30 April 1975
This mod provides a skin for these aircraft, and 29 historical serial numbers. Also included are some historical notes from the research that went into this mod
REQUIREMENTS
you need a version of SF2. given the subject, SF2 Vietnam is reccomended but it will work in any
you will need the C-130A from Dels latest C-130 Superpack found here
INSTALATION
unzip main folder, open "To Mod Folder", place contents into prefered mod folder. Allow overwrites

F4F-4 Wildcat, Generic USN 1942 Skin

F4F-4 Wildcat Skin, Generic US Navy, 1942; for SF/WoV/WoE PTO installs
This is a somewhat "Generic" skin set for use by US Navy VF (Fighter Squadrons) for the March 1942 - January 1943 timeframe. It represents NO single squadron (hence the "generic" tile) and therefore can be used for any and all Wildcat squadrons as based aboard American aircraft carriers from Midway through the end of the Guadalcanal campaign timeframe, and probably for USMC squadrons as well (albeit with slightly different BuNums...).
It's the standard non-specular blue over gray, with stars in all 6 positions. As US carrier fighter squadrons seemed to have gone under an 'expansion' aboard ship; from the usual pre-war 15-18 aircraft, to 24-28 per squadron (ie: at Midway the average was 24), I've supplied individual "plane-in-grope" numbers for 36 aircraft, although only 28 are activated in the numbers.lst. These "modex" numbers are in the as-specified black, although research has indicated some squadrons may have used white (ie: Yorktown at Midway). This will in no way detract from it's usage. Aircraft type name and BuNum decals are also supplied; actual -4 serial numbers - it can probably be safely assumed these WERE used on combat aircraft.

-== This aircraft has been tested in SF/WoV/WoE and post-patch WoI (8/08) as well as post 9/08 & 10/08 SF/WoV/WoE. There still are some 'issues' with prop-plane flight models, but there has been a MARKED improvement!! You use it in these Post Patch Environments at YOUR own risk ==-
As expected, the usual readme with all the necessary instructions for installation is supplied ... this is a pretty straight-forward skin install, nothing fancy here This time....

F-8A & F-8B Crusader (TW)

Third Wire F-8A & F-8B Crusader 1.0
Modification of the Third Wire Crusader model into the F-8 A and B model Crusaders.
Included is the 2.75" Mighty Mouse air-to-air fuselage rocket drawer but it is not loaded by default as it was reportedly never used operationally.
F-8A
- The F-8A (F8U-1) entered service in 1957. F-8A is powered by the J57-P-4 afterburning turbojet and can reach speeds of Mach 1.5
F-8B
- The F-8B (F8U-1E) was the search radar equipped version, entering service in 1958. It is equipped with the AN/APS-67 radar.
To install:
1, Unpack and drop into your main mods folder.
2, Override when prompted.

The airliner companies represented here are:
Qantas (15 aircraft)
Lufthansa (8 aircraft)
While many markings are painted on, a large majority are decals. Decal randomization is TRUE. All registration numbers are 100% historically correct. The Qantas skin also has the names assiged to the aircraft by the company (Southern Star, etc), matched to their registration numbers.
This should give some nice eye candy parked around your airfields in the mid 1950s and early 1960s.
As is always reccomended, unzip to a temp folder or your desktop to give easy access to the rest of this readme for it's install instructions.

Hawker Hunter F.6 ' Red Arrows' for STRIKE FIGHTERS 2
This is a simple mod of the stock Hawker Hunter F.6 to give my interpretation as to how it might have looked if the famous Red Arrows display team had flown it in the 1960's. I've kept it simple by using a Gnat-esque scheme but I've used white serial numbers instead of blue.
INSTRUCTIONS
1. From the AIRCRAFT folder drag and drop the HunterF6ra folder into your Aircraft folder.
2. From the DECALS folder drag and drop the HunterF6ra folder into your Decals folder.
That's it!
BTW the mission editor can be used to select all 9 aircraft leaving you to get some formation screenshots taken!

These skins are for the Gloster Gladiator MkI, MkII and Sea Gladiator aircraft released by the SFP1 Dev A-Team. The aircraft may be downloaded from the Dev A Team website at http://cplengineeringllc.com/SFP1/
All credit for these skins goes to their creators as detailed below. All I've done is to re-format them for SFWOVWOE and add a textureSet to each skin.
All you need to do is to extract the skin to your ObjectsAircraftGladiator (or Gladiator1 or SeaGladiator as appropriate) folder, then go fly and blow up some stuff.
Thanks must go to the A Team for making the Gladiators for SFWOVWOE, Thicko for the original Gladiators, and of course TK for giving us these great sims to play with.
This skin is based on Morton's excellent textures and converted with his kind permission.

Installation is easy >> copy both files to the objects\aircraft\b-47e directory. This will overwrite the original files, but you can always extract those from the .zip file that you downloaded. You did keep it, right?

This is a simple mod of Veltro2K's F-102A to create a fictional F-102J in service with the Japanese Air Self-Defense Force in the 1957-1977 timeline.
INSTRUCTIONS
1. From the AIRCRAFT folder drag and drop the F-102J folder into your Aircraft folder.
2. From the WEAPONS folder drag and drop all folders into your Weapons folder.
That's it! For sheer simplicity, this mod uses stock Third Wire F-4EJ decals.
