Ladies and gentlemen, please stand as we sing our national anthem,,,

*ehem*

Oh say can you see

by the dawns early light

what so proudly we hailed

at the twilites last gleaming

whos broad stripes and bright stars

through the perilous fight

ore the ramparts we watched

were so galantly streaming

and the rockets red glare!

the bombs bursting in air!

gave proof through the night

THAT OUR FLAG WAS STILL THERE

oh, say, does that star spangled banner yet wave

for the land of the free

and the home of the brave.....

Most definitely yes! France along with other military forces of Spain, the

Dutch Republic, Polish volunteers, Quebecois volunteers, Prussian volunteers,

Oneida and Tuscarora all fought along side the American colonists so that

we could gain our independance.

In a conflict that was now international because of all the belligerents involved,

the war stretching from 1775–1783 culminated in the Treaty of Paris; the

establishment of the United States of America.

God Bless all and thank you for the great compliments <S>
