xclusiv8 Posted April 7, 2011 Posted April 7, 2011 Man i just hate that line that just cuts of all the trees and makes the textures blurry like in some of ace888s screenshots.

xclusiv8 Posted April 8, 2011 Posted April 8, 2011 Sir, did you mean 'Horizon Distance"? No not the horizon. If you look at the screens then there is a line where on one side everything is high quality textures and tons of buildings and trees (the side closest to you) but once you cross that line the textures are low quality and blurred without buildings and trees. I would not mind if it were a little more subtle. Ruins the immersion for me.

Wrench Posted April 9, 2011 Posted April 9, 2011 recreating the closing shot from one of my favorite movies (yes, this shot is taken AT the same place as the movie was) Bonus point to name the movie (Dave and Fubar are exempted from this) Actually, this is a cool idea -- recreate scenes from our fav aviation films, via screenshots! wrench kevin stein
Gustav Posted April 9, 2011 Posted April 9, 2011 Spillone, the first screen is superb ! Old warplanes over Israel, in 1948, and Suez, in 1956.
Heretic Posted April 9, 2011 Posted April 9, 2011 Actually, this is a cool idea -- recreate scenes from our fav aviation films, via screenshots! This is going to be tough. NAS Miramar morning departure and then two pilots arrogantly exchanging looks at each other. And then a formation of A-4s...
