Sheriff001 Posted September 2, 2019 Posted September 2, 2019 Just sandboxing, trying to envision the best places and proportions for markings. Full points to mue for the LOD Viewer. The Buccaneer stuff would have been possible without it - it would just have been twice as hard, and taken more four times as long. 4 Quote

Sheriff001 Posted September 4, 2019 Posted September 4, 2019 I've decided - McDonnell A2H/A-6 Bakunawa. McDonnell is there for the British connection. That leads to a mythical name. The Bakunawa is a serpent-like dragon from Filipino mythology believed to cause eclipses, earthquakes, rains, and wind. Good alliteration with Buccaneer, and appropriate given the Buccaneer's nuclear role. 2 Quote

Sheriff001 Posted September 15, 2019 Posted September 15, 2019 It's getting close. I am greatly indebted to HomeFries, and everyone else who worked on the A-6 Superpack, without which this US Buccaneer would not have been possible. 2 Quote
