Stingray72 Posted September 25, 2011 Posted September 25, 2011 I would say that if you typed "making a beer run" while making a beer run that would be more impressive than having relations while typing while having relations....... ~Stingray Quote
Lexx_Luthor Posted September 27, 2011 Posted September 27, 2011 FLOGGER23:: I have my mods in a mirror backup hard drive:) RAID 1 IS NOT A BACKUP Click the link, and scroll down near the bottom... Scott Mueller:: : : Bottom line: RAID at any level is no substitute for backup. I recommend... : : Quote
Lexx_Luthor Posted September 27, 2011 Posted September 27, 2011 mmm....even if the mirror is not RAID, but some backup software, it may not be a backup. XAMPLE: I'm thinking, if its really mirrored, and you make a "mistake" and delete your F-106A.ini, then the mirror will also delete your backup F-106A.ini, and you will be downloading it again from The CombatAce. Also, a (real) backup is powered ON only when it is *briefly* plugged in to the computer for one of three reasons only -- (1) create or add to the backup, (2) to retrieve the backup, or (3) to occasionally check the integrity of the backup drive. Or something like that...I think. Quote
+Soulfreak Posted September 27, 2011 Posted September 27, 2011 Every Saturday morning before College! Since i lost my mods folder and had no back up. It takes just the time I read the newspaper and drink a cup of coffee! Quote
