This reminds me of a controller that was at Juliana apt and had in addition a very shrill voice, almost feminine: "Noveember 6678 Foxtlot, Zuliana tower, you eere at 5 miles north east of thee eerport." But anyway, the M777 is where it's at though... best weapon I know offhand.
