A note for our overseas friends and family. PayPal is changing the way it will handle foreign transactions. The details they have shared state: "U.S. business accounts (like CA) will not be able to receive personal transactions from PayPal accounts outside the U.S. starting October 31, 2022. U.S. PayPal accounts will not be able to send personal transactions to business accounts outside the U.S. starting October 31, 2022." We do not know if this means you can't use your credit card or bank card instead of the funds in your PayPal account or if it's an entire block. Now and up to October 31, 2022, you shouldn't notice any changes.
