Putting together some static aircraft terrain object packs, these can be permanently placed on airfields to complement the game generated parked aircraft. Besides the 737, 747, A300 and TMF 707, these are from freeware sources and I have re-mapped some of them to use the same textures of mods available here at CA for some skin re-usability and variety.

Already got WiP packs for WW2, helis, cold war and modern aircraft. Big thanks to you Wrench for all the work on the WW2 statics, I've pulled them together from your terrains and will upload soon. Yes indeed! Caravelle and Comet are done, next on the list is a VC-10 and maybe some more Airbus types.

It are MiG-21bis subversion SAU. Funny fact, the vietnamese pilots prefered the captured F-5E Tiger. It was easier to handle than a MiG-21. An other funny fact. If you watch carefully you see, that the pilots are of taller stature than the ground crews. The reason is, that vietnamese food was mostly vegetarian. Soviet flight instructors found out, that the physis of the vietnamese pilots was not strong enough to withstand the high g-forces of a modern combat plane like a MiG-21. They got black out between 6 and 7g, while european pilots were able to withstand 9g. The solution was to bring young teenager into the Soviet Union and feed them with european food, mostly beef and pork. When the vietnamese teenager became of age they were taller and stronger than their comrades in the homeland, which were feed mostly vegetarian. So they were able to fly a MiG-21 up to the limits. With this in mind: Vegetarian diet is malnutrition.

Yes, it is a picture from Polish training dogfight, made by MiG-21bis One of a dozen photographs taken during a simulated dogfight during the visit of four Dutch F-16s (323 Squadron) to Zegrze Pomerania in 1999. The hit was made by the pilot, captain. Andrzej Kilar. The photograph was analyzed and processed by a senior staff member Wieslaw Sieradski - head of OKL. The photographs captured the beautiful sequences of the aiming, the hit itself, and the takeoff. The pilots were present together during the analysis of the materials. The photo above was given to the Dutch pilot as a reminder of the event

Did a class on nutrition one time, and the instructor pointed out that you're not getting essential stuff from not eating meat. I don't mind salads and the like, but then again they're chicken caeser salads too.

View File SF2 B-25J Mitchell "Night Intruder" Gunship (KAW What-If) SF2 B-25J Mitchell "Night Intruder" Gunship (KAW What-If) 4/19/2021 -For SF2 =ONLY= (Full 4/5 Merged Reccomended) ** Found in the Archives; as you can tell by the date above!!! ** This is a 'What If...' mod of Veltro2k's B-25J Gunship that might have been used during the Korean War. This goes on the presumption that the (A)B-26 Invader either was not available or present in enough numbers. The skin represents a reactivated 499th Bomb Squadron of the 345th Bomb Group. The aircraft is finished in overall night black (like the A-26 and later B-57s). This is the solid gun-nosed Mitchell, with the addition of a wing mounted AN/APS-4 radar unit (just like the USN's PBJs). 24 aircraft serials and Buzz Numbers are provided, as is the "Bat Out of Hell" nose markings. All markings are decals, and decal randomization is TRUE. Weapons (WW2 bombs & rockets), sounds, pilot figures are all provided. As is always reccommended, unzip to a temp folder or your desktop to give easy access to the rest of this readme for it's install instructions. PLEASE read them, before installing!!! Happy Landings! Have Fun!! Wrench Kevin Stein 11/27/2023 Submitter Wrench Submitted 11/30/2023 Category What If Hangar

finally fixed something that's be bugging the crap out of me for 20 years .... proper serial decals* for the stock NMF B-57B, and an NMF skinned tip tank. Also replaced the idiotic 2-piece "U.S.Air Force" decal with a single one. Be available soon!!! (less than 2 weeks!!) (*=I mean seriously, HOW hard is it to make 24 correct serial and buzz number decals????)
