Model is made by Anders Lejczak, used with written permission. Conversion, bug fixing and version adjustments are made by Cocas. Current texture was provided with the model and used as a stand in. Finished Aircraft will be skinned by Paulopanz. Hopefully we can provide templates but no promises. It will be armed with the beautiful weapons made by Ravenclaw007. So what is left for us to do? A lot. The airplane needs a flight model, some of the major 3D bugs with the landing gear / landing gear bay needs to be fixed as well as a plethora of other things. The Aircraft will be released as a part of a TSF Package, but also available standalone a few days later. We cannot give a time table since we want it to be as good as possible, but we will try not to drag out on it. The Airplane will be made in at least SH-37, AJ-37 & JA 37 configurations. It will be placed in a Campaign alongside its Nordic companions from the same day and age from Finland, Denmark and Norway. People who think they may be able to aid in the project are welcome to send a PM.

The F-14 Tomcat Viewlist Mod has a very similar mode. You will be unable to see the HUD ofc, but the Aircraft will be down bottom in your screen and fixed there.

Well, here is the thing: What you see in the Squadron List are not Squadrons, they are "Flottiljer". Each Flottilj is centered around a peacetime airstrip, and several war time airstrips, during the cold war they where hidden in forests, or nearby civilian strips, or highway strips. The translation of the word Flottilj is Air Wing and they work pretty much the same way. At every flottilj, there is one to five divisions attached. Most Flottiljer specializes in either attack or fighter; with recon divisions attached. So, Saying F 7 Såtenäs is a squadron is wrong, but it works in Squadronlist anyway since few - if any - in Sweden bothers mentioning the divisions unless they say where they server or telling a tale. Or writing a book.

Tell that to A-Teams tweakers. That is however not the only problem with that bird, there is quite a few. Loadout issues, hole in model issues, the list goes on. But yes, the Viggen is a glory to see fly. I saw her at an airshow this summer. The sound alone, m´boys, the sound alone! If I where on a Soviet ship and heard that, I´d be quaking in my boots.

It can be done, but its more cost effective to waste your ordinance on the Aircraft who release them. That way, the Ships will not fire on any stray aircraft that got close; only on the Cruise Missiles.

Regarding the Swedish Air Force, just ask and I will answer. Regarding the Swedish Air Force and Squadronlist; it is actually already pretty accurate and TSF is bound to those entries. Only F 2 Hägernäs is missing from the Swedish Air Force part of Squadronlist and that is a sea plane squadron.

Checking some of the SF1 Chinese Birds; I came across this: Does crushing their standing army, air force and navy in a simulator count as "use against"? Current ideas: First Taiwan Straight Crisis: Mao dictates that Taiwan must be taken. Maybe a Communist Rebellion provides PRC with a beachhead. Lots of Propeller action, not much naval action (maybe just one or two ships). Third Taiwan Straight Crisis A good basis for a Campaign. Lots of naval combat, but the problem is that such a spontaneous crisis could never result in something as complex as an invasion. The US would not want to and the PLA would know better then to actually launch one against an alerted enemy . China-Taiwan 2014/2015: Skip the Baltic 2014 altogether and make a Formosa one on the same topic. Modern Chinese and Taiwan ships. Minimal US Support, maybe only a single Carrier Group with Super Bugs and two USAF Squadrons of F-22/F-35 with Taiwans F-16s. A-Team has the f*** One (as it will be referred to from now on) so I can use the AlternateSquadron Line to add it for people who has the actual aircraft. Story would probably involve oil. War in the next twenty years will most likely revolve around this; esp considering current quite good relations between PRC & ROC. Would if possible contain one of these, pref with J-10 or J-15. At this point in time; I would humbly not even want to look at a Campaign including a F-4 Phantom, so any 60-70-80 is completely up to somebody else. I am a little tired of that aircraft, that is all. Nothing personal.
