  1. More Marilyn trivia: She was the model for Disney's Tinkerbell.
  2. The eye candy is only limited by your machine. BOBII has a lot of graphics options.
  3. Seriously. My worst vision of a post-apocolyptic world would be a bunch of middle-aged guys running around in their underoos. PIXAR movies do not have an age limit.
  4. I'm in. Sorry. Had to wait for payday. You should also be proud to know I am using part of my economic stimulus funds for this. Is this a great country or what????
  5. Yes, where did you download the game? I'm with rugg. I don't think the game itself is available via digital download.
  6. An alternate method I have not found in the KB is to simply delete the HUD data sections that are not needed. Works just fine.
  7. "Aviation p0rn....." Well said. Thanks for the links!
  8. Which sort of points out a major problem in the first place. If you like or dislike a news source due to political affiliation then that speaks volumes to the "fair and balanced" claims of said news source. I am realist. I understand all news sources may have a political agenda. I prefer printed news sources. I use a variety. TV news is show-biz, period.
  9. I am very curious to see what the relationship is between 1 and 2. I've heard that YAP1 is not a prereq to YAP2. I will wait until I see what the website says.
  10. Turn the X-29 into the F-29. Maybe revise it a bit so it has a bubble canopy for better visiblity.
  11. Greetings, Starlord! I assume you are familiar with this then: www.wcsaga.com?
  12. Ahhh. The days we lived in Ohio. How do you like Wright-Pat compared to OK? (Where the wind comes screaming down the plain.......) Thanks for sharing the pix. My favorite pic is me standing beside the Mk. 53 Thermonuclear Bomb.
  13. Have you tried shooting them an email at the address in the "Contact" link? I think the website is the only purchase option.
  14. Not the topic content I was expecting....... I was going to say a transport. Carrying money to my kids
  15. Sweet! Me, too. Need to learn how to do skins. This bird needs to belong to the Nebraska ANG. (155th Air Refueling Wing). Go "Hustlin' Huskers"!!!!!
  16. I have been wondering and wondering where my stupid ballistic missile detonators went.
  17. OK. I'll admit I am probably being way to much of a purist. I certainly watched until the end but I don't think I'll buy the DVD. And anytime a major network (other than sci-fi, of course) takes on a science fiction story it should be celebrated.
  18. Agreed, but I will wait to say more until FC has a chance to catch up. I did not mean to be a spoiler by any means
  19. Maybe it's because I'm older and more jaded now but playing Gunship 2000 had its moments. Nothing like creeping along at low altitude and the next thing you know you've got some friggin' BDRM taking pot shots at you. I've had similar experiences in EECH but for some reason GS2000 pulled me in more. Again, it may have been my age at the time, but I've sweated a box of bullets playing that game. Getting shot up and nursing that helo back home felt like a real accomplishment.
  20. I just don't know what to think about this one..... I am a huge fan of the book and the first movie and was very interested to see what they would do with this. I can't say I was impressed. Certainly they did a good job updating the techology of the Wildfire facility and it did help the story to see more of what Peidmont went through but the wormhole and conspiracy theory stuff went outside the lines IMHO. I have not poked around much but I really wonder what Michael Crichton thought of it. Anyone else see it?
  21. You can also just simply delete the entire [Display004] entry from the ini file. Either way works just fine.
  22. I have a suggestion. It might help to have the readme file included in the download description. I don't think any of them are huge and in this case the readme clearly states that the Falklands terrain is only for Strike Fighters. I agree it is a major pain to do a large download over dial-up only to find the add-on won't work. Wings Over Europe came out in May of 2006 so it's probably chancy that any terrain developed before that will work in WOE. (Falklands was uploaded in March 2006). Anyway we should not assume everyone has broadband and the luxury to download a huge file just to get to the readme. BTW, I'd be willing to help with this type of documentation but I don't want to step on toes without permission.

    Holy Moly!

Yeah, me, too....... Have a good one, Zur!
  24. Very impressive! Thanks for all your hard work. Looking forward to this one.
