Went on a TW only install. On a mission with an USMC Phantom, flew an strike sortie against an Iceland airfield. Some MiG-21 and 23 were taking off from there before we merged and bombed the runway. A Tomcat flight and a French Crusader went into a dogfight with the migs wich were already airborne, and as some of them were calling winchester, i turned into the MiGs. After a couple of kills, a French crusader, a Tomcat and me were chasing a fleeing Flogger, they had no missiles left, i had no gunpod, but Sparrows wich wouldn´t track the MiG flying so low (Should have got the F-4J instead of the N). It was like a Cannonball race, we three almost crashed while chasing the Flucker. Tomcat gunned it down in the end.

Try with Sabres equipped with fully moveable tailplanes, in RL they could maneuver better at transonic because of that, heard something about making the migs crash after a dive chase

Who has never been getting guns close to an enemy bomber and hit by an IRM? I took AIM-9s, RedTops, anything. Just played a fighter sweep in Korea. 2x F-86E vs. 4 MiG-15bis. One of them hit by their own flak when pursuing me, the other one dives into a hill when i outturned him (almost stalled miself at a very low altitude) We go 1vs1, i´m on the tail of my MiG but i only manage to bruise his right wing, detaching his flaps, while he outturns, outruns and out energies me. I pull up to gain some energy and try to bait him into me, but he goes where the other couple were dancing. He turns too hard on my wingman with me on his back, and enters a spin wich turns out unrecoverable. I check for the last one, wich had run away, when i finally catched up, shot a burst, hit him, and entered a furball. He went nose up, spinned down to earth. Got credited with two kills, but it must have been the most ridiculous engagement ever

bombing is about practice. i suggest dive bombing, maybe 45º and try until you get used to. About the B-52, you need to install a cockpit for it

I fly with as many fuel tanks as i can. Wont drop them even in dogfight unless they are empty. Too many times in SF2NA i´ve run out of fuel in CAPs chasing secondary targets because i forgot to switch the gunpod for a drop tank in F-4J/Ns, or in supersonic low level interceptions with Mirages/ Lightnings

Another MiG-21 on the tail of my No.3 gets Sparrowed later Sparrow MiG-17PF kill, a flame far away as i catch up with bombers after talking bussiness with Fishbeds. Buffs were on their way out. The lightning on the left of the first pic is flak. Sidewinder against the other MiG-17s wingman, fourth and final kill of the night. I don´t remember if i was really that close or too fast. Btw, anyone knows how to get some more definition for the screenies? I think i should play on a desktop PC instead of a laptop, but well... Anyway, pics get bigger if clikced upon.
